McDonald's — Restaurant in Elmira Township

Went through drive through... I ordered off the menu outside. Which was a grimace meal with an extra 10 piece Chicken nugget and they couldn't even get the order correct? Got home made a phone call ...no answer called several times thereafter .....no answer! Left message...nothing derogatory!!!! So I got my vehicle went back down. Talk to the 2 managers on the inside.... They questioned me as to what my order was. And I pointed out to the individual that served me at the window also.... Who couldn't even get the order right! And they have a receipt that they read all this off onto and I didnt even get that for proof when I paid.... And this was at the window Needless I had to put up with the game of the apologeticness from the 2 managers who really didn't seem to give a hoot.... I explained that I had ordered the Grimace Meal which was the special for the month. Didn't even get my full order back when I went back. The missing Big Mac and my other 10 piece chicken nugget was missing.... Hey, thank you for coming here and 2 coupons for 2 more Big Macs when I decide to come in next.(for my troubles) Cold chance in hell since I don't eat there that often due to situations like this.... This was the 212 and 81 intersection, McDonald's. You get better service going out to the interstate McDonald's! It may be a little further away but you get better service there! Would have been a better deal if they would replace the entire meal with hot fresh food. At the time I had went, it was not very busy just starting to pick-up, but it was starting to on the drive...

Over the few times that I have been to this particular McDonalds, nearly each experience has been pretty bad. Each time that my wife and I have used the drive-thru, the person taking our order would put down the correct items that we've requested on screen, but our receipt would show different amounts of certain items (such as burgers, nuggets, etc.) and we would be charged for the correct amount. They don't ask to make sure what size drink you'd like, or about any sides either, it felt like they just added in what they would usually get instead. Our experiences going inside have been terrible as well which isn't exactly shocking either. When an order is finished, instead of calling out an order number like I have seen every other McDonalds do, a girl just runs over and starts furiously ringing a bell around 10-15 times before simply walking away. Since we didn't know if it was our order or not since a number wasn't called, we had stood there for up to 5 minutes before the girl who runs food to sitting customers simply took our food, then walked around to every table without even questioning us. Once they finally discovered it belonged to us, our bag was basically tossed at us after being given several dirty looks. Personally, I don't plan on going to this McDonalds again. I'd rather spend the extra couple minutes heading to the one near the interstate rather than...

As I promptly enter on a Saturday for a job interview I see a lady in the corner crying. Seemed like a typical McDonald's to me. As I go for my interview they turn me down almost immediately. I was 5 at the time. But I said I graduated from Harvard I told them. They were very quick to apologise and accept my job application. The next day I went in for work but there was a catch. I've actually been working with THE FBI. They observed as I worked as a 5 year old that day. BUT THERE'S ANOTHER CATCH. IM ACTUALLY 16, I know crazy how they didn't know. So eventually the FBI came to arrest the ower as they hired a 5 year old. BUTTT THERE'S ANOTHER CATCH, I know, when am I gonna stop with these catches. But this one is good. I AM THE OWNER. So they couldn't arrest the owner of the McDonald's that's also working with them. So what do I do. I promptly begin to tell them I graduated from Harvard top of my class at age 10. They immediately apologise for the inconveniences and scurry out. Over all great McDonald's with great food.
