Starbucks — Restaurant in Elyria

I LOVE this Starbucks!! Rachel, Chad and Isaiah are the most helpful baristas. I can go up there with no idea of what I want or vague requests and they always make me something amazing. This Starbucks is clean and service is fast. People don't realize--as being part of the college--they have to abide by college hours. It's not their fault! So call ahead to check hours if you don't know! Their seating area is cozy and clean. Rachel and Chad are extremely knowledgeable about the coffee Starbucks uses. Very helpful! Cute products...

I feel horrible leaving a bad review. This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The girls are ALWAYS so kind and thoughtful here. But yesterday I got a cup with some bugs in it. It's not their fault, I understand that the seasons are changing and things happen. But man did it suck because I order the same thing everytime I come in. Disappointing. No sign on the door stating indoor seating was closed, didn't find this out until after we had already ordered and paid for food and drinks, had to eat in the car. Out of most food items that we wanted to order. Waited over 15 minutes for our simple coffee order even though they had plenty of staff and were not at all busy.
