I ordered a crispy chicken deluxe in the Drive-Thru. She told me she didn't carry a crispy chicken deluxe. So I ordered a crispy chicken with ranch, tomato, lettuce, I see I go cheese and bacon. I also asked that they not give me romaine lettuce but instead salad lettuce. I had a 2 m minute conversation at the speaker with the worker about if they had asiago cheese or not. She said she was all out of asiago cheese. I asked what was the white slice of cheese in the mozzarella chicken picture and she told me Gouda so I said well great give me that. I also ordered 2 junior bacons, a french fry and a chocolate frosty. I emphasized once at the window to not give me romaine lettuce because who wants to eat a sandwich and bite into a big rib in the middle of the lettuce. I asked for salad lettuce instead. The manager assured me that they didn't carry romaine lettuce anymore and all they had was regular iceberg sandwich lettuce. I'm getting my food and driving off I was going to eat my food and sure enough there was romaine lettuce on all three sandwiches. And the crispy chicken had mayo, and American cheese even with the 2 minute conversation about what type of white cheese they had or didn't have. I pulled back to the drive-thru where the worker told me they had no white cheese at all and all they had was romaine lettuce. I was flabbergasted. Needless to say it was a horrible experience when all they had to do was communicate what they truly had in the beginning, instead of giving me what they wanted to give me instead of what I wanted. And if they couldn't accommodate they could have said it at any of the 6 minutes I was in line. I love Wendy's but I will reconsider going back...

My child is 16 an has gon thru loops for this place to hire him do orientation halfway an when he went to finish the videos they never came up cause the system was down. They told him a different day to come in an he did a tour at a college with the Urban League so we rescheduled another day. My son an I go in an I went with him because I felt something in my chest so I ask for a Manager to let them know my son is there. One girl walks to the front looks at us laughs an turns around then the lady who was cooking comes an says I don't know who told you to come in because We would have never said that. I said she said she was a manager I said so are we scheduling a different day or is anything coming of this she says yes we want him or we would have never hired him ok...So she goes to the back comes back an says we not moving forward because you didn't have your social security card the first day. What? Mind you they have his social security number I sent the picture of his card but we bought the card in this time for them like they asked. This makes no sense to me....I feel it was very unprofessional an profiling of them. We went there over 6 times because you were so unorganized an unprofessional The Managers are an not to mention ALL white people work...
Read moreI went there on Saturday and ordered food for myself and my husband (who ordered extra food since he might have to work over in the morning.) I pay and take the food home not once did I think to stop and found how many wraps they gave me. I get home and give the bags to my husband who counts his wraps out (there should have been a total 10 wraps) well to my surprise there were only 6 wraps. I call up to the store to let them know that I was missing food. I told the first person who picked up the phone and she tells me to hold on and hands the phone off to some guy who gave me the bags. he then proceeds to argue with me on what he did and didn't give me. and then tells me that I must of lost them in my car or somewhere else because he knows he counted them and had someone else count them before he gave me the bag. I told him that it was not in the bag and the bags went from one car to the next so I didn't have all my food. he said that he'll take down my name and number and have the general manager call me on Monday. well Monday at 3 when I got off work I still haven't received a call so I called the store 3 times and no one picked up and the same for Tuesday and today. I love Wendy's but the customer service and care just isn't there at least...
