This newest Jorge's location carries on the Jorge tradition of excellent Mexican food, highlighted by their Mexican style chicken soup. We have been going to the original Jorge's for 30+ years, so feel somewhat invested in their success. Parking can be problematic due to the location on 101. I spoke with the location manager Jaime who was energetic and pleasant. Suggestion - trying to replicate the atmosphere of the original Jorge's they have posted large maps of North America. PLEASE remove these and replace them with some maps of Mexico and Baja like those at the original Jorge location and place the maps so customers don't have to lean over a table to look at them closely.
