Hot Table — Restaurant in Enfield

Hot table has very good paninis. This is my wife and i's go to restaurant when we want to fill ourselves up on good food but we don't want to pay a lot of money. We also don't typically eat fast food so if it's not a sit-down restaurant it's fast casual dining like hot table. their food would be a four out of five for the fact that it's better than anything you'll get at a fast food restaurant but it's not five star dining. The service at hot table I would say is a four out of five. I definitely feel like it's a little above average simply for the fact that it seems to be a good atmosphere amongst the employees. I also recently had an issue with the rewards program and the manager made an easy fix and that made me very happy. the last two times I've been to hot table everything was spotless but that probably has a lot to do with the fact that people aren't eating inside as much due to Covent 19. I would have to say the cleanliness would be four out of five especially when compared to other restaurants like it which typically can be quite dirty. And finally the atmosphere I'm going to have to give a five out of five. I don't normally give five out of five but the restaurant is very comfortable and the thing I love the most is that by their fireplace they have a Bible that is open to John chapter 3. I can't recommend this place enough. The food is super good, at least my usual, never a miss. I get the cheeseburger or the buffalo chicken panini. They always load it up really nicely, add whatever you want, and the result once it goes through the press is mind blowing. Just absolutely delicious, and so simple. The ingredients always look fresh and "healthy". The staff is always super friendly and non-judgmental even if I order both of my usuals that day, and I usually happen to go during off times so I get lucky and avoid the huge line that can build up. But the line is a thing for good reason, cause their food is banging. Only issue is with the price, I wish it were cheaper but then again it's just cause I'm poor and I wish everything was cheaper. I think it's cause of the quality seeming ingredients. They have deals though sometimes, I think there's an app. And they at least used to have one of those loyalty punch cards but I think they phased that out cause they haven't given me one the last few times I've been there. 6 out of 5 stars if I could though. Went in for lunch with my significant other this past Saturday- I have visited before and the food has always been good. However recently I have been sticking to a strict diet and was reluctant to what my options would be. I believe Krista was the name of the lady who helped me. She picked up instantly on what I was looking for and without hesitation helped me build my own healthy salad. She was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Lunch tasted great. On top of all of this- I absentmindedly left my purse at a table when I left. I called about a half hour later when I realized- the girl I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and had locked up my bag for me. When I came back 2 hours later to pick up my purse Krista came out and personally handed me my bag with a smile. She never seem annoyed or too busy at any point during a very busy Saturday lunch.
