Placed an order through the mobile app (before breakfast hours ended), headed to the restaurant and hopped in the drive-thru. No need to really say it - because almost every other review does - but this location is inexplicably slow. By the time I reach the customer speaker-post, 15 min. have already passed and the associate states that breakfast is ‘over.’ Thought it must’ve been a mix-up because I definitely ordered before breakfast hours ended (the app literally displays locks beside unavailable menu items when breakfast ends and I’d already placed my order successfully). Ask for the manager who, after another 5 min. wait at the speaker-post, still refused to come. So, I drive around to the pick-up window (no other choice with it being a no-exit drive thru). Manager states that it would be a “waste” to fulfill my order because it’d require making another batch of ‘thirty.’ Imagine telling a paying customer that it’s a “waste” for you & your team to serve them, especially when the customer didn’t make it to the pick-up window until 30 min. later on account of how painfully slow you & your team fill orders. Egregious. And, to boot, still got a mobile receipt / charged for an order that they refused to fulfill. My thoughts? If there’s a manager that thinks of it as a “waste” to serve any customer at any given time, then she shouldn’t be in a position to do so. Leadership team: this location needs a complete overhaul. Read moreNot good, could of been better, today was the first visit that I have made to any chick-Fil-A . it was like I was being tried in the court of law, I was only asking for the money that I gave them, $6.56 , the manger I believe his name is Steve, was talking to Mr like I enjoyed or should o say felt comfortable with telling himself and 2 others that I was dissatisfied. Read moreGoing to this location really upset me. I went around a time (7pm) when it's not too busy to avoid any lines or the possibility of missing any food, but boy, was I wrong! It took almost 15 minutes for me to place my order and then when I got my food, I received a smaller size of Mac n cheese than the one I ordered (medium) and no sauce for my tenders (yes, I ordered sauce). Not to mention, I had to park, just to get my food, mind you, no one else was told to park but me. And at this time, it had probably been about 25 minutes now. Keep in mind, there was probably over 10 cars that were served before me. When I finally received my food, that's when I noticed I didn't have any sauce for my tenders so I had to go inside the store to get some, which upset me cause if I wanted to go inside the store, I would of dined in, instead of going through the drive thru.
