Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Englewood

My daughter & I were just in this location around 3:40 pm on 2/16/2022 and the only person working there was so rude to us from the second we ordered. But he was extremely nice to everyone else. I placed an order, pulled out gift cards & he was annoyed & grunted audibly. Then we waited for our orders. As others came in & were helped he was overly nice to everyone, being very grand about it. He finally brought our order up. Placed them on the counter & walked away. We had an order with 4 blizzards overfilled without lids &it's snowing out. I asked if we could have lids, he rolled his eyes & brought over sundae lids. I asked if we could just have the straw lids since he had the spoons in them. He was extremely rude & said "then I have to scrap the tops off" (I didn't ask him to put lids on them, I would've put the lids on myself). As he went scraping two of our blizzards into the trash, I was extremely embarrassed by how i was treated in front of my child & strangers, I told my daughter to just help me grab the other blizzards so we can leave. He brought back the two he scraped & I took them. He asked if we wanted the other lids I said "no thank you, you've been extremely rude to us since we got here." And he shouted something at us as we left that we didn't hear. I am upset that someone would be so rude to us for no reason while being so overtly nice to everyone else. My daughter is also Autistic & thought he treated us poorly because of her which I reassured her it was NOT because of her....

I went in search for the old orange Julius. I found out by going to my local Dairy Queen that has a grill that you couldn't get an Orange Julius at any Dairy Queen that has a grill with no explanation given off I went to find a grillers store after much research 6 miles away we are there with my anticipation was off the chain. After ordering 2 of the great creamy cold drinks I was asked if I wanted them frozen. I said no I wanted them just like in days of old. she said ok Pulling up to the window the gal said that will be 12.0o and some odd change. well I just can't see paying that kind of money for some blended orange juice and powered egg white. but after dumping my purse out I paid and thought I can't wait. as in pulling out and putting my lips to the straw. I was so bummed out it was all frozen and flat and lacked the egg white to make it all creamy like they use to be..its true they just don't make things like...

My first time stopping at this DQ today. Went through the drive-thru.I wanted to order a chili cheese dog combo and asked for fries. The girl said they don't have fries only chips. I've never been or even heard of a dairy queen that doesn't serve fries. When it's on every menu.so just got a chili cheese dog and a blizzard. The girl (young w/black or brown long hair) kept pushing me to speak louder over and over on the monitor saying she couldn't hear me so i basically had to keep yelling for her to hear. She was rude.Pulled up to the window and she was still extremely rude with a nasty attitude tossing my change in my hand and slammed the drive-thru window. The chili cheese dog was stale and disgusting. I will never go here again. I do not recommend...
