Sonny's Pizzeria & Restaurant — Restaurant in Englewood

A week ago a man knocked on the door saying pizza delivery. I told him no one ordered pizza. I asked name on order and it was not ours. the man hung around outside for about 20 minutes and kept looking at my house so I called the police who promptly came. by then the man was gone so I thought that was the end of it. later on in the evening I went on the porch and there was the pizza and other food all over the porch. the squirrels, flies, other bugs and oh I saw a possum too had eaten the parts of it. it took me a solid week to clean it up. the next day my neighbor called to see if I received the food she sent me! I had helped her with her elderly mother and she wanted to thank me. I have a call in to the owner to see how he will make this right. I hope he will call me soon. food should NEVER be left on a porch. 8/18/2017 no return phone call; when I call them he has"stepped out ". $125 of food destroyed by their carelessness. 1/21/2018...

Very Disappointed and ruined a 6 year old birthday party. I ordered pizza for my daughter's birthday party. Called the day before and placed an order for delivery but they thought it was for pickup. If it was for pickup, why would the phone operator ask for a tip for the order, if I was going to pick it up? I told the guy, I would leave a tip when the delivery guy come and drops off the pizza. I stated the name of the party place, because they recommended Sonny’s Pizza. For them to ask me if I wanted to leave a tip for the order, which means the order was for delivery then. The answer I received was it was in the computer like that. Well, who was the one who entered it in the computer? The pizza was 20 minutes late and the kids did not eat it because it was time to serve the cake. I inform the party place not to use them. I would not recommend them for anyone throwing a party. They want you to leave a tip for pick up...

A couple of weeks ago I got, Sonny’s Pizzeria & Restaurant, for lunch. I ordered their Plain, Pepperoni, Italian Sausage w/ Peppers and Onions slices. The Plain and the Pepperoni slices were really good. Def above average. The pizza slices I experienced has a thinner crust and had a pleasant crunch to them. The sauce was phenomenal and cheeses used were really good as well too. I did not like the Italian Sausage w/ Peppers and Onions slice. The sausage was exceptional, but the veggies, although cooked well and to perfection, flavor did not mesh well when placed together. The staff who took my order was attentive, nice, and provided excellent service. The Italian Sausage w/ Peppers and Onions slice greatly impacts my total score. The Plain and Pepperoni slices greatly increases to my total score as well. All in all, I’d recommend, Sonny’s Pizzeria & Restaurant, to anyone in the Englewood area looking for some...
