McDonald's — Restaurant in Englishtown

Friendly, local McDonald's to the Central Manalapan-Englishtown area with nice people. They're fairly busy considering the amount of people who use the major intersection of Gordon's Corner Road, Wilson Avenue and Main Street. Based on my observation, there are a lot of tweens and teens who hang out in the daylight hours and it's cool since there's no trouble and it shows how McDonald's is great for all with a busy lifestyle or a young lifestyle. Enough about things that sound like advertising, let's just go through the food and service.

Because it's McDonald's, I can only say so much about the food - In one sentence, though, I would say that I have yet to have any problems (with condition, health, taste and quality) from the foods and beverages served. They're on the 90th percentile for the quality of food when it comes to my custom orders (when I give then specific instructions as to how to prepare my food), which is pretty good for a newer McDonald's (because most other newer McDonald's tend to "mess up" customisations to orders while older locations tend to take longer in prepping it.)

The people working at this location are nicer than most other locations that have simply "been there and just don't care." The managers and the people in the kitchen are pretty awesome. Bringing up custom orders again, I go ahead and re-emphasise their "cool" in prepping custom orders (like a Triple Quarter Pounder with Cheese, essentially a Double Quarter Pounder with an extra Quarter Beat) and going the extra mile to getting more creative as me by making it like a Big Mac with three pieces of quarter meat. (Do you see what I mean?)

The only small thing for this location to work on is the timely cleanup, but when a good downtime calls, they should be able to handle this in no time. I emphasise some of the tables and the refreshment dispensing area - but otherwise, they're doing a great job on all other "sanitary" aspects.

So for that crave in McDonald's in the Central Manalapan-Englishtown area, come to this location because this one shows how newer Mcdonald's locations should be, even after grand opening. With only minor mistakes, they probably are one of the better McDonald's in a major...

APPALLING SERVICE!! All we ordered were 5 basic meals consisting of Chicken McNuggets, fries, and some chicken sandwiches. I could understand maybe waiting 10 minutes, possibly even 15, but we waited upwards of 25 minutes! This McDonald's is highly understaffed as it wasn't even busy. And when we got our order, it wasn't even correct! They didn't give us any of the sauces we asked for and even gave us an extra fry box, but you can't complain about that. And the food wasn't even worth the wait. It was mid at best and I gave the food category three stars since it wasn't horrible and you can't complain about food but the fries and nuggets were cold and just honestly, I've had better food from McDonald's. The tables weren't the cleanest but I'd honestly expect that from every fast food chain. However, as far as I could tell, the staff were nice and weren't rude, which is why I didn't give my overall review 1 star. And I even saw people coming in from their cars complaining to the staff due to waiting too long for their food to arrive in their vehicle, as they ordered online. And it was so understaffed that over half of the time, there was no employee standing at the front. So overall, it's not horrible but could've been much, much better.

Employees were very friendly, and it had a decent atmosphere for a MacDonald's. It was a late visit, and they were fairly busy because of the event nearby (raceway), there weren't many employees on staff, and they were running around like crazy, which is my main problem, and I blame it on the rest. Must tables weren't clean, from trash to stains and being really sticky, trash cans were full and it was overfilling. The food was decent, what you would expect of a McDonald's, besides the mcflurry wasn't quite mixed, so it was very layer like, and my burger was put in a bit of too much of a rush, with cheese and the patty not centered, and barely overlapping. They forgot to give some items as the spoon for the mcflurry and juice from kids meal, but the employees quickly took care of it, without a problem. If they had more people on staff to actually take care of certain stuff and relief others so they can do their job without much stress, and had all their equipment working (some items couldn't be ordered as machines not working), I would...
