Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Enid

I have eaten there several times , it's never been great, and has an odor problem, can't put my finger on it, but it smells like a wet dog, or dirty mop or something, not appealing at all for a food establishment. My friend and me wanted to have a cocktail , so we decided on chiles. We were seated immediately, had server come to our table right away, tried to order a pina colada, no go, couldn't make that drink so I ordered another, we reviewed our menu and ordered appetizers and salad, placed our entree order, waited several minutes and no appetizers, I meal came to our table, it was so unappealing and very poorly plated, I had the steak and chicken fajitas, no sizzle, not aroma, no grill looking appearance on the cast iron skillet, nor even brown looking, maybe heated in microwave? Onions weren't even brown. The bowls that my beans and rice came in, the food had ran down the sides and was dryed on them, flour tortillas were rubbery. Some of it was edible but the taste was off, then the side of salsa, cheese and sour cream, and guacamole looked like it had been on the serving plate for a long time. I was truly dissatisfied and drinks weren't even good. My friend had a rib eye, with garlic mash potatoes, she said it was good taste but barely warm. Server then brought her salad out, and appetizer. Actually salad she said was good, and the side of pickled cucumbers were good. Server was friendly, and came back several times, but the odor of the place, food awful, and unappealing meal, and late appetizers, also the inability to make a simple pina colada, won't be going back. The chips were stale. Although my food looked amazing, it did not hit this time around!!! I loved the new look of the cheesesticks. However, the content was a little warm!! 🤔 Disappointing!!! Absolutely love this Chili’s the food is always amazing and the service keeps me coming back. The staff here goes above and beyond every single time and it truly makes a difference. One of the biggest reasons I keep returning is because of Catie, she is hands down the best server I’ve ever had. She’s always friendly, attentive, and just has the kind of personality that makes your day better no matter what. She remembers little details, makes sure everything is perfect, and truly treats you like more than just another table. She is a great and deserves all the credit in the world. The management team is just as fantastic. Brad, the main manager, always runs the place smoothly and is super approachable and professional. Sterling and Kalisha are also amazing, they’re always helpful and kind, and you can tell the whole team works really well together.
