What a nice place! My husband and I decided to check out this place for a much awaited date night. We had dinner and cocktails here, nothing disappointed. The smoked Gouda dip apparently is a popular dish. At first I was reluctant that we ordered it, but we finished the whole thing. Just a suggestion though, I think it would pair well with fresh bread too. The pizza was delicious and quite big for the price. The buffalo chicken skewers were delicious. Our drinks were well made too! Our server, Cino, was a new hire but he was such a pro. We met the owner also, and he was such a kind, humble, and friendly guy. The atmosphere felt cozy and very inviting, everyone seemed to be enjoying their time there, including us. This place is a little gem in Ennis, we will be back. Thank you!

The owners put emphasis on fresh ingredients with their stone brick pizza (highly recommend the supreme, might take a minute, but a masterful flavor through and through) Their full bar will pull you in, recommend a mezcal old fashioned 😎. Don’t miss out on this gem, I know I won’t next time I’m in ennis!

Wow what an amazing hidden gem in downtown Ennis, Texas. We made an unexpected stop and OMG are we pleasantly impressed. The Vocano Pizza is amazing. Great flavor, texture and incredible price for the size! Elizabeth our server gets our 5 star hands down! Such sweet welcoming spirit and service. She made us feel so welcome. We are visiting from downtown McKinney and come to find out Ashleigh is from McKinney as well…My hats off to you. The traffic is a challenge but so worth the trip. Next time we are passing by we are sure to stop and dine with you again. Thanks Liz! You shine, your new friends...

If you are looking for a charming restaurant with AMAZING food and chill vibes, Ashleigh’s is the place. Wasn’t sure what to expect, but now I know Ashleigh’s is 100 out of 10 (yes 100). The pizza is hands down the best I have ever had. We are from east coast and have had great pizza, but Ashleigh’s is even better than many places we have dined in the east coast.
