Clyde's Bar Inc — Restaurant in Ennis

I went to Clydes with a recommendation from the bar down the street since they only served drinks and no food. The waiter was friendly and answered all my questions. I ordered a beef taco and a steak taco. They served it with cilantro and large chopped onions. No tomatoes, no lettuce, cheese or sour cream. The only sauce was the sauce that came with the chips. I ate the steak taco and it was dry but seasoned okay. When I got ready to eat the beef I asked for some sour cream. He brought a lot of it. When I received the check there was a charge fir 2.38. I said something to him and he said yeah it’s not included. Well when I asked for it he should have said that it was a cost. A good server would tell you that especially since I told him it was my first time. So needless to say I didn’t tip the server as he was so inconsiderate when I asked him about it. I am new to town and needed a night out, a break from unpacking. I went to Clyde's solo and was feeling a bit uncomfortable until tenders Rebecca and Kyle made me feel very comfortable and welcome. Rebecca shared tips about places to go and things to do in the area, and as the night progressed, she even took the time to introduce me to several other patrons. The drinks were good, and just what I needed that night! There were two guys playing guitars and singing, and that was very nice. I very much enjoy the vibe that comes with live music being played. Kyle was awesome! Im an out of towner truck driver, and it was dead on Friday night. Kyle and I had great conversation all evening, and made it enjoyable.
