Employees do not listen to the customer. Every time I have come here and I asked for sausage kolaches, they always give me sausage and cheese. I don’t understand how something so simple they make so complicated. If they would just listen and stop trying to upsell then they would do better. We were so excited to see Shipley’s make its way to Ennis. I so wanted to love them since we love the Terrell location, but their standards are not the same. We’ve visited this location 4 times now, and every time there has been forgotten items, they are out of an item we’ve wanted and our order has been cold. So disappointing.
