While the crew was fantastic (Tyree waited on me and he was phenomenal), I had to wait on my French Dip sandwich. That's not a problem at all, having worked in fast food just out of high school and into college, I understand that the drive through takes priority and I accept that. But my fries were put on my tray while I waited. At one point, the young lady who was working the window actually came over and told me that they were waiting on my fries as some were cooking. Shortly after that I got my complete order and sat down to eat.
The fries were room temperature. Ugh. I ate them, however, and my sandwich was hot (especially after dipping it into the au jus). Overall a 50/50 experience, thus the 3 star rating.
The restaurant cleanliness was good overall, with the only things that caught my attention being 3-4 tables with leftover full condiment packs on them and a stack of about 12-15 empty trays on one of they trash can enclosures. The condiment packs on so many tables seemed to imply that the tables hadn't been wiped in quite a bit. (I was the only person inside the restaurant even though the drive through was fairly busy.) And the quite large stack of trays gave the impression that they had maybe endured a rush within the last 20-30 minutes. That's what I choose to believe, anyway, as the only other alternative is just neglect of the dining room area.
Food was meh overall. Hot sandwich, cold fries. It was a push.
Crew was great. Friendly, using my name in conversation, singing, and having a good time while working together. They...
Read moreHorrible business. (1) Can't get order's right, you'd think at $9/hr the workers would know what they're doing. Orders have been screwed up more than once.
(2) Store needs a giant window size sign in front window that states "Lobby closed, drive thru open" instead of the small sign posted on the front door that can't be seen until you try to enter the store. I've seen at least two elderly couples hobble across the parking lot & drive way to the front door to go inside only to see the small sign reading "Lobby closed, drive thru open" and have to go back to their cars and leave. No reason for the lobby to be closed unless workers are too lazy to clean. If it has to be closed then put a giant sign in window and maybe even next to road stating "Lobby closed, drive thru open".
I can sorta deal with the screwed up orders but the closed lobby sign is another issue.
Update 05/06/2022 This group just gets crappier. Hiring people at $10/hr and the bunch they already have are too lazy to unlock front door. Drove across town to give myself a treat of a 1/2lb roast beef and shake to eat as I sat in dining area watching traffic through those big windows but when I got to front door at 11:50am the door was locked. No sign, nothing. They may as well destroy the dining area of building and make parking lot since they apparently can't be bothered by having customers eat inside . I had to go back to work and eat a can of beefaroni while looking at a wall. They'd should change...
Read moreWent to order a nice Bourbon Bacon Brisket sandwich, an order of those delicious curly fries and a cold beverage. Food came out quickly, service was nice. I have a few fries, still hot and delicious. I unfold the brown paper wrapper, remove the sandwich. Then I take a bite our of the sandwich. The flavor was AMAZING! Except, I start chewing on something, I think it is a fatty piece of bacon. No big deal, I keep chewing. Turns out is was a 2 sq inches piece of white parchment paper.
I bring it up to the counter, I'm mad. I get the attention of 2 crew members, the manager and the line waiting to place their orders. I firmly place the chewed parchment on the sandwich, declare my disgust. And start to walk away saying that "you all can have it".
No audible attempt was made to rectify this. No offer of a replacement or refund was heard, they just went about their business like I didn't matter. I had to go up and ask for my refund.
I called corporate and filed a complaint. I used to work at an Arby's when I was in college. It is sad to see how far their standards...
