bb.q Chicken Silverado Ranch — Restaurant in Enterprise

Upon entering we were greeted with great customer service. As this place is hustling and bustling we were asked if it was to go or if we wanted to dine in. We opted for dine in. Ushered over to a table and given menus.

We opted for that Kimchi Fried rice of course, and Soy Garlic Wings. Can I say yes, that this is and remains awesome. I was not disappointed in the slightest. Due to my sincere love of Korean dramas ( as the chain is from Korea ), this place has and always will be on my radar - and the same consistency as their other location on Spring Mountain.

Interior is quite big. Several table and chair arrangements. Plus pub style tables with tall stools. Lots of neat wall decor depicting their story of this glorious chicken that is done just right. Music playing in the background. One of the televisions even had the game on. There is limited capacity. Everything was very clean ensure Covid safety.

This place located right next to Sprouts off Silverado Ranch is a diamond in the area. Seen it for a little while decided to go in.. the place has an upbeat feeling to it well lit .. Korean boy band music over the air and you can see it on the TV on the wall as well nice touch. Menu is simple they sell chicken half or whole in a variety of different flavors. I took mine to go so I don't have any in-house food pictures. But there were people dining in when I was there 7:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night. The chicken I got was tasty in piping hot and not the piping hot that you get at some places and it's dry it was actually pretty juicy mostly dark meat I don't think I got a breast or white meat in there just for those that are curious about that point and I prefer the breast meat myself as well however... it was actually pretty tasty! Wanted to get a baseline taste by just ordering the regular original will try more flavors in the future. Definitely will be returning glad they are in the area!

PS it looks like they have a small stage here with some drum set up there wonder if they do karaoke or live music sets have to check it out...

I would like to write a review and complaint. First know that myself and my family absolutely love your chicken and your restaurant. With that said, I am so appalled and will be filing a complaint with the BBB of Las Vegas due to the poor service and decisions which occurred at your Silverado Ranch location today.

My wife took my kids (9&10 yo) and ordered chicken and fries to go at around $45 in food total. My kids got hungry as my wife was about to leave, so my wife asked if it was ok to just sit and eat her food in the restaurant.

Your worker Rhea said no "I'm sorry but since you ordered your food to go, you are not allowed to eat in the restaurant". Are you kidding me!!! There was no one in the restaurant at the time so my wife and kids had to eat outside in the hot sun. Your worker should count their lucky stars that I was not with my wife and kids.

I have continually ordered your food and have taken it in to my referral sources and they love your food. As of today I will never step foot in your restaurant again. I hope that you teach your workers some common sense and...
