Nestled in a lively corner of the city, this charming eatery exudes a subtle elegance, effortlessly blending the frenetic energy of its surroundings with a cozy, inviting atmosphere that gently entices patrons to linger just a little longer.
On my inaugural visit, I had the distinct pleasure of indulging in the Japanese Style Omelet Riceāę„å¼čå é„āa dish that stands as a true culinary masterpiece. A delicately folded omelet gracefully cradled a generous mound of savory pork fried rice, with each grain cooked to fluffy perfection, creating a delightful symphony of textures. This colorful dish was beautifully complemented by vibrant, crisp broccoli and a delicate drizzle of ketchup, which introduced a pleasing balance of sweetness and tang, enhancing the overall experience. Each bite was a delightful chorus of flavors, reflecting the chef's deep-rooted passion for culinary tradition and imaginative innovation.
Inspired by this initial experience, I returned for a deeper exploration and savored the Spicy Szechuan Beef Noodleāå·å³é¦č¾£ēčé¢āalongside the tantalizing Szechuan Wonton Noodle Soupāęę걤é¢. The spicy beef noodle dish was a riot of color and flavor, featuring tender beef strips lovingly simmered in a bold Szechuan spice blend that ignited the palate with its vibrant heat. The satisfying chewiness of the freshly made noodles created a delightful contrast, while the dish itself was a beautiful testament to the careful balance of spice and satisfaction. The tantalizing wonton noodle soup offered another layer of culinary joy, showcasing handmade Szechuan wontons, each bursting with rich pork filling and immersed in a thick, aromatic broth. The savory depth of the broth, enhanced by the sharpness of expertly crafted pickles, transported the dish to a realm of complexity that was simply sublime.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreToday we have visited a new noodle place. It is truly a hidden gem in the corner. They have a new owner and a new menu. The restaurant combines Asian cuisine (both Chinese and Japanese). It is a very cute place tucked in the corner. Interior is cozy and it has welcoming vibes. The decor is very beautifully done in a theme of Japanese and Chinese style. Service was great from start to finish and we have met the owner and his lovely wife, he was very nice, friendly and helpful in explaining the menu to us throughly. Menu has a mix of Japanese and Chinese dishes, as well as their signature dishes! We have ordered: the Popcorn Chicken - a MUST TRY, Curry Samosa - freshly baked and delicious! Popcorn Chicken was so moist and packed with a lot of flavor! We couldn't stop eating them, because of how addicting they are! We have also tried their signature dishes: Minced Beef Rice, Katsu Fried Chicken- the chicken was perfectly cooked. And their soups: Signature Spicy Black Garlic Tonkotsu and Spicy Szechuan Beef Noodles and everything was delicious. Noodles were cooked perfectly and the meat was so tender. The broth was incredibly flavorful. I am very picky about Asian food and this was very tasty and you can taste the freshness of it. The portions are very generous. Also we had their homemade mango ice tea and honey lime tea. It was very refreshing. We have loved it. We have had a great experience at this noodle shop and we highly recommend it to everyone who loves authentic Asian cuisine. It is definitely worth visiting this place, we guarantee...

Signature Beef Noodle ($17.95): This was the most anticipated dish but it ended up being the least favorite out of everything we tried here. The only pro was that they gave a generous portion. Otherwise, the noodle was okay, the beef shank was kinda dry, and the broth flavor wasn't that good. My husband dosed it in hoisin sauce.
Spicy Beef Wrap ($11.95): This was delicious and my favorite out of everything we ate here! The beef brisket was more tender and tastier than the beef shank. The wrap was crispy and the whole thing together was just bursting with flavors that I savored each bite.
Unbelievable Bao Buns ($11.95): We chose pork as our protein and it was so good! The buns were a bit flat instead of fluffy though and there wasn't much filling inside the buns.
Thai Tea ($4.95): The thai tea wasn't mixed up so you can see the two layers and taste them separately as well. My husband drank the bottom tea layer and left the half&half layer lol. The sweetness level is perfect when you mix it. The thai tea isn't as strong as other places but the drink was...
