Ever since I found out, Beard Papa was coming to Las Vegas, I was very excited. Cream Puffs are one of my favorite things on the planet. I waited over a week to go here, so that the long lines and huge number of people would be tolerable. Unfortunately, I have never seen a business run so badly. I arrived right before 1pm. When I walked in the store only one customer was in line, however I noticed many customers sitting at tables with no food. The man taking orders, told me, they have a very limited menu. Only plain, chocolate and green tea shells and just vanilla filling. That's fine, no problem. So I just order a green tea cream puff. I paid and waited and waited and waited. The store only had 2 people running it. It would be like a McDonald's having just 2 employees running everything, it just can't be done in an efficient manner. One was on the register the majority of the time and the other filling orders. After 15 minutes the lady filling orders, stopped filling orders and worked on baking more shells. Now she had enough shells for current orders, she was making shells for future orders. I watched her put the disc's on the pans for 10 minutes, and during this entire time nobody was filling the outstanding orders. The lady next to me was getting so upset, she said she wil never come back here again. So now, I had already been waiting 25 minutes for my single cream puff. People in the store are all getting upset because of the terrible system they have set up. I gave up after 27 minutes and just asked for a refund. Unbelievable, I wasted so much time for nothing. I highly reccomend not going here, atleast for a few weeks, until they sort the process out. I left very...

I will admit I took my time with going here. I knew the pastries were going to be on point. But I also knew everyone else was going to check them out too. So I had to plot and plan my adventure accordingly
Upon entering was quickly greeted and asked if I had any questions. I didn't as I had been watching this place from afar and knew exactly what I wanted. You order, pay at the counter, the fillings are put in, find seating, wait for your name to be called.
I opted for the Smores, Creme Brulee, Oreo, Honey Butter, and of course Ube. I'm still like oh my that was pure perfection in a puff. However can I say the Smores was my fav..... it tasted like I was at a campfire. Now they have different filling options. This is what made the experience pretty neat to me. Having the option to Mix and Match flavors.
Interior is a great size. There are several seating arrangements. Everything was very clean. Music was playing in the background
Would most def recommend. Pricing in my opinion for quality was pretty reasonable. The staff were great. They made this whole experience very enjoyable. Love great...

Predictably using âinfluencersâ to sell the idea, a location on South Rainbow that has failed other chains undoubtedly a risk, Peppermint Bark and Oreo Cookie Crumble each added crunch more compromising than enjoyable while pure Chocolate proves the only âcustomizationâ on par with...
