Rude unprofessional cook lady in the back.

I’ve been to this spot a few times, the food is definitely something you get when you didn’t cook and need to fill up, it is very mid and I never crave it normally. I came before work because it’s close to the house and quick. The customer service—especially from the kitchen staff—needs serious improvement.

I recently came in and ordered a bean, rice, and cheese burrito with extra cheese. When I got it, the cheese wasn’t even melted—I wish I took a picture bro it literally looked like a Lunchable. I walked up with my burrito to see if it could be reheated, and when I waked up to the pick up counter I recognized one of the cooks from when I used to work here, I smiled and waved “hi.” She hit me with a rude “what do you want?” like I was bothering her just for being there.

I asked the cashier (who was helpful) if he could heat it up. He took it to her, and I heard her loudly ask “what does he want?” as I was walking away. 30 seconds later, I got my burrito back and it was super hot I couldn’t even hold it. Felt like it was done out of spite.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with that same cook either. When I worked here, she was always rude. One time I walked past her in the tight kitchen space without saying “excuse me” and she made a whole scene yelling at me. I just looked at her and said “ok” and kept it moving.

If management sees this: y’all really need to address how some of your kitchen staff are treating both customers and coworkers. That kind of energy kills...

My mom and I just passed through the drive-thru to pick up food credit that we had, and it was the WORST experience we have had at this location. The cashier IRMA was so rude and had an attitude with us but it’s not our fault they kept getting our order wrong. Plus she had her personal AirPod on her ear during work hours which is unprofessional! We went to get 2 double tostada chicken SALAD and a pollo bowl. My tostadas were supposed to have everything separated and my pollo bowl was with chicken thigh meat. They got it wrong twice , we were asked to park and my mom had to get down because they have her chicken for single tostada. The location downs were locked because the lobby is closed. They had a sign that it was DRIVE-THRU ONLY. We get home to realize they didn’t even put out lettuce in our bag. Like wow! They are SALADS!!! Unbelievable! I had The worst experience in my life , today . On Wednesday may /1 /2019 around 12pm i want to this store. Roxana Rodriz who’s working in this store is very very wild, rude , and impolite. I ordered 10 pieces of leg which is normally for 3 people. she gave me only 2 dressing . Since I could see how wild she is I asked the other lady to give me one more dressing. She was going to give it to me that Roxana jumped on her and didn’t let her . I asked them to cancel my order and give my money back . Roxana went to speak to her manager I thought maybe like other restaurants manager or somebody else will come and will apologize and will solve this problem but I shocked when she came and give my money and didn’t say anything even something like sorry about that nothiiing 😧.
