Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Enterprise

I would strongly recommend not going to this restaurant. On Mon, July 7, 2025 we visited this restaurant. There were about 3-4 men sitting at the bar and a couple sitting at a booth. No waiters in sight only a bartender. I went straight to the restroom. I noticed there was already someone in the first stall because I saw the shoes immediately as I entered the restroom. I entered a stall and then about 1-2 mins later there was a knock at the door. I assumed it was someone trying to get the attention of the other person that was in the restroom. The person in the stall came out and walked straight out into the restaurant. I knew for a fact that person did not wash their hands. I immediately called my man and told him to make sure that whoever just came out of the restroom was not our waitress because she did not wash her hands. I gave him the description of her shoes and sure enough she was the employee fixing our drinks. He informed the other female employee that the other lady did not wash her hands, she went over and said something to her but the lady still did not wash her hands. DO NOT EAT HERE!!! Anyone working with food and drinks, it should be common sense to know you should wash your hands before exiting a restroom and for the forgetful there are signs posted in the restroom that states “Employees must wash hands.”...

Our server was awful and carried an attitude while she was at our table. I personally ordered a burger that was supposed to have fried jalapenos on it with bacon and a sauce. When my food arrived, not by our server by the way, it was overcooked and dry. Our server walked by and never checked on our food, which she could have easily done in the many trips past our table, also ignoring the empty glasses on the table. We flagged down another server finally and let her know each meal was not even remotely satisfactory. She took the meals back to fix them and another server came by to bring us our food. I open my what was supposed to be a medium cooked burger to see a well done chunk of meat, two jalapenos and a ball of bacon on one side of the burger. The sauce that comes on the burger was nowhere to be found. Finally our original server comes by to ask how our food was and shows a clear attitude when I replied with "not good". She asked me what was wrong and when I replied with I only have two jalapenos on a "jalapeno burger", her response was do you want me to go get you more (with an attitude). I've tried Beef 'O' Brady's three times now. I find their burgers to be outstanding. The OMG Burger is a double patty burger and more filling than a triple from some fast food places. I also did the "Build Your Own" burger to construct a bacon, mushroom, swiss burger and again, amazing. Kinda wish it had a double patty option for delivery.

I also tried to boneless chicken wings with mild sauce. They were really good.

On the fries side, with the burgers, I got the straight fries. No issues with them, though one order, they were a tad salty. I got curly fries with the wing order. I have to say I was a bit disappointed in them. Some of the curly felt not cooked enough and others seemed kinda old. Not sure what happened there.

As to dessert, I did try the cheesecake today with chocolate sauce. It was pretty good.

Finally, I will say this place is kinda expensive. Despite this, I do want to try some of their other menu items such as fish and chips, chicken tenders, Philly cheesesteak, and the beef loaded nachos. I'll update when...
