I usually go at sunrise 6AM ish and there is not a line at the drive thru. But that is one of the only good things. The other is the view from the drive-thru with the sun reflecting on the mountains to the west.
The donuts are rarely if ever fresh. Maybe it’s just the type I order? The app doesn’t let you choose what’s actually there and I had one staff member complain that the app under-charged for a maple glazed... as though I did it on purpose... and he tried to adjust my bill (unsuccessfully). I never even knew there was a senior discount until I got it at another Dunkin’ Donuts. Maybe I look younger at 6AM?? And some of the drive-thru staff keep asking for money even after I have paid through the app. Saddest of all is the coffee. I used to love their coffee but lately it has been bitter and the espresso drinks are over-sweetened even when I specify less. Yeah I know I’m buying food made of sugar and fat but that’s why I don’t want the coffee to be too sweet. I end up buying the K-cup packs instead.
I wish I knew when the donuts were fresh or even which ones were freshest I wish I could order a toasted English muffin (or bagel) with butter from the app. It says you can but then it zeroes out the cost and gives errors.
The two stars I did give are for the staff I occasionally run into at the window who are helpful and friendly. I wish I could tip them. (Starbucks has that choice built in to the app and they don’t do more than Dunkin staff do). And #2 is the sunrise views...
Read moreI ordered delivery using the UberEats app today. I ordered 2 dunkinlatte's two breakfast wraps, donut holes and 3 hash browns. I placed my order at 8:45, the UberEats driver was there before 8:55am. The store advertises delivery times as being 25-30min. I get a call from Dunkin donuts saying they actually don't have won't have Dunkin lattes at all this week and can they replace my drink with something else. By this time my UberEats driver had already been waiting for my order for about 15-20min and contacted me to tell me that they said it would be about 5min to prepare my order. I OK'd a replacement for frozen coffees, because I just wanted my toddlers breakfast by this point, even though the coffees I ordered were much more expensive with the customized add on's. I was told I would have to contact UberEats for a refund for the difference, after I OK'd the drink replacement my UberEats driver say there for an additional 15min waiting on my order. When my order finally arrived my food was cold and soggy, I could tell they had left my food sitting for quite sometime while they sorted my drink situation out and then took an excessive amount of time to make my replacement. This is very poor management on Dunkins part. Customers pay a lot of money to use UberEats delivery and I am sure some of the inflation benefits Dunkin. Read moreGO ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I went to this location nobody was there but it took over 10 minutes to take my order. They were taking care of the drive thru customers only. They did not even acknowledge us they just walked by several times. When they finally took my order they gave me the wrong donut I did not notice because after spending 15-20 minutes here to get 2 donuts and a black coffee I was running late now. I noticed they gave me the wrong donut when I got to my car I didn't want to go back because I didn't want to deal with the incompetent staff and I was running late for something that should have only took a couple of minutes when there is no customers.
