So good! When you walk in the place smells like comfort. Pho is always right on point here. Even though the restaurant has a new owner/management the quality is still there. So that review was 5 months ago.
What the heck happened? We have been coming to Jenni Pho since it opened and then even more when the Spring Mountain one had opened. When the SM one closed we went right back to the one on Rainbow. I have brought my food writer from NYC here and we had an amazing experience. During the covid lockdown we ordered from here. I ordered from here about 3 weeks ago and there was something not quite right in the taste department. I figured it was because I had brought it home.
On Wednesday I got off work and was really excited to go have my favorite Pho and appetizer. When we got there we were told to sit where we liked because it was early and only one other family was there. We sat and were brought water. I tried to ask the busser/server a question and she didn't hear me. We sat for quite some time to have our order taken. That's when I realized the music was being played Over and Over, same song on repeat. Order was taken. Our fresh spring rolls/summer rolls came to the table and the moment we picked them up they fell apart. The peanut sauce was soupy. Our bento meals arrived. Further disappointment. I had ordered meal C. My pho broth was actually gross. Tasted sugary and metallic. The noodles were like chewy rubber and Never got better. The pork tasted off, possibly due to being burnt. The little crispy egg rolls on both mine and my partner's dish were so over cooked they were almost burnt. He was eating his pork and said there's something off. He tasted my pho and made a face, followed with why are the noodles chewy? The other family was leaving and I heard the mom say: well that wasn't as good as I remembered. The song continued on repeat through the entire meal. The only reason I know for sure was every time it stopped and started i had my phone listen and tell me what song it was. We were checked on once. I asked for more water, that never came. We were not asked if we wanted our ice cream, which we decline every time, it was just brought.
My foodie was so looking forward to coming back to Jenni Pho. I can't bring him back here. I am sad because this was my go to place and brought so many...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming restaurant in Enterprise, owned by the delightful Jenni. The restaurant, though mid-sized, emanates a warm and inviting ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. One notable aspect is the absence of an alcohol license, which may disappoint some, but it emphasizes the family-friendly atmosphere that the establishment prioritizes.
The structure of the restaurant allows customers to witness the culinary magic happening in the kitchen. It's a unique touch that adds to the overall dining experience, as you can observe the skilled crew preparing your meal with care. The transparency in the kitchen creates a connection between the patrons and the dedicated team behind the scenes.
Jenni's commitment to knowing her customers is evident in the personalized service. The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. The familial touch extends to the restaurant's hours, accommodating families with a generous timeframe from 10 AM to 9:30 PM.
I opted for the Vermicelli with Pork, Shrimp, and Eggroll, priced at $16.00. The portion size was impressively hefty, ensuring that every penny spent was justified. The flavors were rich and satisfying, a testament to the culinary expertise showcased in each dish.
While some reviews mention slow service, it's important to consider that this is a small, family-owned business. The pace is intentionally relaxed, catering to those who prefer to unwind and enjoy their time with loved ones. For those seeking a quick meal, the restaurant conveniently offers a takeout service, either through a call-in or via Yelp.
In conclusion, my experience at this restaurant was delightful, and I would undoubtedly return. The dedication to family-friendly dining, personalized service, and generous portions make it a standout choice in Enterprise. Jenni's small business is a gem, providing a haven for those who appreciate a leisurely meal...

We ordered on Uber Eats, and the food was packaged nicely. However, the food did not taste good nor was it authentic Vietnamese food. How it has a 4.8 stars on Uber Eats is beyond me.
Banh Mi with Grilled Pork ($9): The banh mi was wrapped in a red and white checkered paper and when I opened it, disappointment set in. The banh mi looked like a Subway sandwich, and they didn't even use a baguette. The bottom was so soggy that it fell off when I was breaking the banh mi in half. They didn't cut the cucumbers in long strips but in large round that are used for com tam. It was a hot mess so I didn't even open it up. The pork was good but everything else was a conglomerated mush.
Sampler Plate ($17): This came with 2 shrimp rolls, crab rangoons, potstickers, wings, and egg rolls. We were missing 1 shrimp roll. The wings were burnt, dry, and tasteless. The fillings for the shrimp rolls, egg rolls, and crab rangoons tasted off. The potstickers were crispy and the best thing out of the whole sampler but it's just average.
Spicy Beef Soup, Pork Hock, & Pork Blood With Spaghetti / Bun Bo Hue ($18): First off, it's not spaghetti, it's vermicelli noodles so the Uber Eats entree title is wrong. The broth was good for the first couple of sips then it was just lacking flavor. Noodles were fine. They also gave a lot of meat of all types too.
Pork Chop Shredded Pork, & Fried Egg / Com Bi Cha Suon Nuong ($18.50): The shredded pork/bi was clumped together like a ball and could not be pulled apart. Pork chop was overcooked and the flavor was off. I didn't get to try the egg or rice.
Peach Rose Tea ($5.50): This was good, refreshing, and the best thing out of this...
