The Paleta Bar Rainbow — Restaurant in Enterprise

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We just visited The Paleta Bar for the first time — me and my wife — and it was such a fun and delicious experience! We had heard great things about their custom paletas and ice cream, so we finally decided to give it a try, and we’re so glad we did.

Right from the start, the associate who helped us, Alexis, made the experience even better. She was incredibly kind, patient, and took the time to walk us through the whole process. She explained all the different options, flavors, and how to customize everything to your liking — something that could’ve been overwhelming, but she made it easy and enjoyable.

We ended up trying the Dubai Chocolate and Taro flavors in the ice cream, and WOW — both were phenomenal in their own way. The Dubai Chocolate was rich, smooth, and luxurious — almost like a gourmet chocolate truffle in ice cream form. It had this deep cocoa flavor with a hint of something exotic that made it feel extra special. The Taro was surprisingly amazing — creamy, mellow, and had just the right touch of sweetness with that signature taro flavor that feels nostalgic and unique at the same time.

We loved the mix of flavors, textures, and how everything came together so perfectly. It’s definitely not your average dessert spot — there’s something extra thoughtful about how they craft their flavors and the whole vibe of the place.

Big shoutout again to Alexis for being so welcoming and knowledgeable. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure each customer has a great experience, and it made all the difference.

This was a hard pass for us. Having gone to the original location, we were looking forward to trying this new place because the one in Chinatown is super good but a far drive. When we randomly saw this driving home, we couldn’t wait to try it.

Unfortunately, the consistency was extremely off. Maybe a one time thing but I might have to pass since it’s too expensive for me to keep trying it here. We ordered the bubble gum and coffee as usual. But this location, their popsicles were sticky and slimy. When I say slimy, it was gross to eat and left a weird taste. At first I thought maybe it was just mine but the kid mentioned it first and agreed with her.

This location needs to do better. When we arrived, there was one customer being helped. Myself and a family, group of 4 arrived. No one came to help either of us for a good 5mins. This was our first time visiting, and everything was clean and very presentable. The lady who assisted us was extremely nice and courteous, which we really appreciated. The reason for my 4-star rating is because, being our first visit, we weren’t quite sure what to order—especially when it came to choosing for our kids. Unfortunately, this seemed to frustrate the young man with glasses, as he appeared a bit annoyed, closing his eyes, taking a breath, and giving what felt like a forced smile. We understand that indecisiveness can be frustrating, and we’re sorry for that. However, the lady’s warmth and friendliness truly stood out and helped us move past that moment.
