McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Enterprise

This may be a little long but i want to share my entire experience and not just the one negative part.First thing i want to say is my experience was 90% positive and would have got a 5 star review if not for one negative comment made by someone not even in my conversation with the young lady at the window. . So we ordered lunch today sunday may5th and the online ordering process was very simple and worked well. I chose the window for my pick up and the young lady working the window was very friendly picked up our food and went home. opened up the food to get everyone’s food ready and my daughters sandwich wasn’t made as requested online so i politely called and spoke with a nice lady that said sorry and it would be made correct and to just drive back up and get it. so i went back and the same young lady was at the window and nice again. i told her the reason i was there and while talking to her another woman came up to the window and said he can’t return anything at the window he has to come inside and keep in mind i picked up the food at the window so i returned to said window instead of my food still sitting at home cold by now My only reason for going through all this is they need to maybe have better training of there management because that one negative comment could cost you a 3 person order every week and some people will not give a second chance. we will go back but this has stuck with me since i...

I had an Italian sandwich, named The Italian, and it didn't disappoint! Featuring Black Forest ham, salami, provoline cheese, multicolored peppers, red onions, black olives, an excellent oil and Balsamic vinaigrette, on a toasted baguette. It was a 6-incher, and as an obversation, I could have gotten two meals out of it. I had the potato salad, and it was excellent, and dessert was a Frisbee sized chocolate chip cookie. Service was excellent. You receive a card with your number, and your food is brought to your table. They have wait staff that circulates, and while I didn't need anything, I was asked at appropriate intervals if I neeed a refill or anything else. Best service I've ever had at a deli.

Nice atmosphere with plenty of local photography. I was dining with my wife so the company was superb!
