Mr Chi Boba & Tea - Las Vegas — Restaurant in Enterprise

Upon entering was greeted quickly as it was pretty busy. I scanned the menu, eyes very big for all things Taro - yes I am a sucker for this flavor. Then it became my turn to place my order. You pick the glass container you want. I have some heathen little kitties so of course I picked a cat container that seemed like the type of little fur-baby I would want at my house.

I opted for the Taro MT with Taro pudding, and I wanted Taro boba but that is not currently available. As I pulled my disappointment out of my chest and figured maybe this is good, too much of anything is considered to be overkill- so I opted for the Cherry Blossom Boba. Can I say " Well Done Mr. Chi Boba, Well Done". The taste was perfection. I had never entertained Taro Pudding so that was a highlight for me. But wow. If they could make this in a supersize, I would pay for it.

Interior is very light and airy. There are a couple of table and chair arrangements. Music was playing in the background. Everything is very clean. There are menus above the front counter, and a menu on the counter itself. Made for easier choosing.

Would def recommend - pricing was reasonable. Especially for a glass container that you can take home. Staff is very hospitable and courteous. Everyone is wearing masks for safety. I will def be back to try other flavors and some of their savory...

Hi, I'm a 1st time customer. Drove 30 minutes across town to try out the Mr. Chi Coffee. 3younger adults working. I was the only customer here and was not greeted or attended to for 5plus minutes. 2 guys behind counter sitting on phones. Like I said I'm new here and no1 could offer up any info on what's in the drinks being sold.. Other than explain that everything was "pre-made". Another customer came in while I was sitting in lobby and try to explained to the guy her drink tasted weird. Maybe if she could get it remade or switched out. He said it wasn't old. She explained she comes here often and knows the difference. Even tho it may have not been old it tasted weird to her. His rebuttle to her was they don't switch out drinks and the drink she ordered was "pre-made" as well. All he could do for her was give her a refund. At no point was he attempting to satisfy the customer.. I work in the food industry as well and highly recommend that the crew working, 5-19-22 between 5&6pm, get better training on their customer service, interaction with customers as well as becoming more familiar with the menu items being sold. Sadly I'm not sure if I'll be returning.

I've driven by here so many times and finally decided to stop on. So glad I did! We received a couple coupons in the mail, which is how I originally found out it was in the neighborhood, but never made it in until now. Walked in was immediately greeted by staff that were super friendly. Ordered 2 drinks as pictured. The house milk tea was delicious (on the sweeter side and probably not for everyone, you have been forwarned). I was pleasantly surprised that the boba was perfectly chewy. It is hit or miss at many bubble tea places and I will usually just deal with it but this for sure makes me want to try more. The drink itself was creamy and the crunch ice was good too. Kept the drink nice and cold. Yes, lots of ice but works with the creaminess of the drink. Drove home up the street 2 miles and the special blended taro drink was given to my teenaged son. He loved the cup and more importantly the drink itself. Again, it was on the sweeter side. My son enjoyed it so much he insisted I try it and I'm usually not a fan of taro like he is but it was definitely one of better ones I've tried. We are excited to go back again to try some of the other menu items. So glad this...
