Yikes, this was a very bad situation. Firstly, I'd like to mention, I manage a team of 23 food service workers for a living, and if I found out my staff behaved with hostility towards our guests the way these workers did towards me, we would be having an issue 110%. My burger was absolutely disgusting, and sloppy. It had globs and globs of mayonnaise on it to the point that it was barely edible. I dined in, and the entire time, I was dealing with kefa religious music and some guy shouting about 'jesus' over their loud speakers. I am not religious, and I find it EXTREMELY offensive to be forced to have someone slam their religious beliefs onto me when I'm just trying to have a meal. That was beyond inappropriate. From point a to point z, these workers are very hostile, and extremely unwelcoming, to the point that I felt extremely uncomfortable even sitting in the dining room. I was the only customer in the place (which now makes total sense), and the workers repeatedly kept walking past me and giving me nasty looks. It was VERY bizarre, hostile, and just insanely inappropriate and uncomfortable. I politely asked one of the workers if they could please turn the music down and she snapped at me about it and was very hostile/confrontational. Needless to say, I will NEVER come to this place again, and I must add, after seeing how unprofessional and inappropriate these workers are, it makes me very grateful for the amazing staff that I have.    Read moreRegular here. Store hours says 24/7 for the drive-thru. Sometimes when I show up at like 9pm, 11pm, 12am, 1am, 2am, 3am they will tell me they are closed for whatever reason. Whether that be the computer, or system, or the frier. But then I realize mobile orders still go through. So for instance I just got here at 1am, and the guy said sorry we are closed so I called his bluff. I said I had a mobile order, but I didnât. So I pulled to window he said thereâs nothing, I proceeded to make a mobile order and they proceeded to make my food very angrily. So to make it easy why did they just not take my offer to begin with at the intercom???? Instead they dealt with my petty a**, and got me to make a mobile order to call their bluff⌠so yes for future guest going late night and being told no, just stay and make a mobile order and they will proceed to work like normal human beings during their shift and make your food. Very disappointing, if they are scheduled to work, might as well work. No reason to be lazy. Hope this review makes it to the chain owner. Hire better graveyard employees. Thank you.    Read moreWent through the drive through for an online order. The staff gave the order but it was taped. I couldnât check the order till I got home. Come to find out they gave me someone elseâs order.
No problem, I drove back 15 min and walked into the store this time. Spoke to 2 different staff and they kept saying there were items missing in that order. I explain to them over and over that those were the only things Iâve gotten earlier from the drive through.
Then one of the employees started speaking Spanish to the others and they all started giving me the look as if I owe them something.
The employee that stood out the most was the lady doing the fries. Out of frustration she banged the fry scooper very loud and everyone in the restaurant looked her way.
They ended up giving my correct order but it was super embarrassing as they made it seem like I was in the wrong.
Entire staff was Spanish speaking and they were talking crap about me for sure.
Safe to say I wonât go back to this location. It sucks cause itâs the only jack in the box...
