We eat at Panda Express 1-2 times per week and this location is by far the worst location we've ever been to! Walked in around 9pm and the woman serving us our food was trying to rush us out. Her name is ALEJANDRA and she had a very bad attitude problem and was very rude to myself, my wife, and our son. First, I pointed to an entree and asked if I could sample it to see if I liked it before I order it, and although she clearly heard me, she scooped up the item and put it on my plate. I said excuse me but I asked if I could try it first, and she rudely said "no samples" and aggressively dumped the food back into the pot. I then chose another item and before she even scooped up the food she rudely said "anything else" so I asked her to please slow down and give me a minute while I look over the food options and she just kept saying "anything else" in an attempt to rush us out the door. She did the same thing to my wife and son, and several customers waiting in line behind us even commented to us about how rude she was being to us. To top it off, she forgot to give me the teriyaki sauce that comes with my chicken entree, and when I asked her for it she rolled her eyes at me and threw it in the bag. Then my wife asked her for soy sauce and again she rolled her eyes and threw it in the bag. We walked out of there shaking and very upset. One of the customers who was behind us in line walked out shortly after we did and said to us "boy she sure is rude!" so there will probably be more negative reviews from other customers about this employee and this location following my review. If you don't like your job, then QUIT! But don't be rude and disrespectful to customers. We will never return to this Panda Express and I will be filing a formal complaint with the GM of this location, the BBB, along with Panda Express corporate office. ALEJANDRA needs to go back through the training class and needs to change her attitude towards paying customers immediately! Her behavior is...
Read moreSo I go into the restaurant at 10:55 and they're open till 11:00 to get a meal of orange chicken.
They've already closed down their kitchen and have what scraps they have left over pushed into a corner and no orange chicken.
It is unacceptable to have a restaurant that it's open till 11:00 and you drive 10 minutes to go to their location just to find out that they're lazy ass staff have decided they want to go home early and have closed the kitchen down before 950, an hour and 10 minutes before you actually close and the fact that kitchen was clean mean they started much sooner than that which means they probably closed down their kitchen around 9:30.
I know full well in the restaurant industry if you're open till 11:00 they give you time after that to also clean You do not close down your restaurant an hour and 10 minutes before you're actually closed and then refuse to make food for paying customers everybody on that shift should be fired especially the manager who approved that the decision that should absolutely be fired.
I've already called the corporate office and I'll leave a review everywhere I can go where there's a better business bureau Yelp or here until they fire the manager who made that decision cuz that's not how you run a business That's how you go bankrupt.
On top of that the food that we did order they gave us such large portions wasting that stores food just because they didn't want to have to serve the next customer.
Ask somebody who's owned a business this is not how you run a business and that manager would not be somebody I would want running any store I'm...
Read moreWORST EXPERIENCE EVER! DO NOT COME HERE!
We ordered a family meal with extra entrées on the side, only to get home and realize our honey walnut shrimp was missing. Mind you, if you order this with a family meal, they still charge you an extra $4.50!
So, we had to drive all the way back just to be denied our missing food—their mistake, not ours! We waited 15 minutes while an employee reviewed the cameras. Yes, she checked the cameras! And yet, somehow, she still refused to acknowledge the mistake. Where did my shrimp go?
She took pictures, acted like she was investigating, but in the end, it was clear they were in the wrong. Why would we waste our time driving back if we weren’t missing anything? I have five kids at home waiting for dinner! My husband and mother even had to come down to show them the food boxes, and guess what? They packed chow mein instead of honey walnut shrimp!
So, to the employee who reviewed the cameras—check again, because YOU WERE WRONG! I don’t know what you were taking pictures of, but it definitely wasn’t my missing shrimp!
And this wasn’t an isolated incident. While I was there, three other customers also had their orders messed up. One even said, “This is the worst Panda Express ever,” and I completely agree!
When confronted, the worker simply said, “People make mistakes.” Well, three wrong orders in less than an hour isn’t a mistake—it’s a sign that this location desperately needs a correction plan!
This whole experience stole my time—time I can never get back with my family. Absolutely unacceptable! Get it together, THE...
