Pho Aimie — Restaurant in Enterprise

We finally decided to try this place out because it kept coming up as a suggestion - "If you like Jenni Pho, try out Pho Aimie." So when we dropped off our pup at Adventure Pet Resort, we decided to try it out.

A lot of the reviews mentioned the large portions so I was all in. I usually have to order pho with extra noodles , spring rolls, and egg rolls when I have Vietnamese to leave a place feeling full.

The restaurant is very clean and the layout is straight to the point: an order/pick up desk on the right when you walk in along with a couple of tables; along the left, there are booths from front to back. Service is quick and efficient with everything we ordered hitting the table in about 5 minutes.

Most importantly, the food was tasty and the volume was definitely there. My wife had met friends a week earlier at Pho Kim Long and left there hungry after having a vermicelli dish. Here, she was stuffed. I always get the rare steak pho with extra noodles at other restaurants. Here, I ordered the regular-sized rare steak pho and it's definitely larger than the others.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Aimie for the first time and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the food was. The short rib Pho I ordered was absolutely fantastic - the beef was cooked to perfection and the broth was simply amazing. The fresh veggies that accompanied the dish, including jalapeño, bean sprouts, and basil, added a nice touch.

I also tried the mango tea, which was a bit sweet for my taste, but after diluting it with some water, it was very enjoyable. The staff at Pho Aimie were friendly and attentive, and they were more than willing to help answer any questions we had about the menu.

With such a large menu to choose from, I am already looking forward to my next visit to try something new. If you find yourself in the area and in need of a satisfying meal, I highly recommend giving Pho Aimie a try. You won't be disappointed - I know I...

My friend and I were very disappointed in this place!! There were only a couple customers there. We ordered potstickers and they came to our table cold. We asked if they could fix it and they just reheated the same ones. We ordered and my friend said she didn’t like the flavor of the pho. We were trying to get their attention and they were waiting for over five minutes for them to acknowledge us. When she expressed her displeasure they just said sorry, took away her pho and didn’t replace it. My BBQ Pork pho was lacking as well. Every piece of pork had mostly fat it in and had no flavor. When they brought the check-they charged us for everything. We hoped at least they would take the price of the potstickers off.
