I absolutely love the food here! Unfortunately the customer service is beyond terrible. They’ve set up a system where the customer places their order through a remote worker on a large iPad type device even though there is a minimum of 3 employees standing directly behind the screen. I’ve experienced this a few times before at this location and was patient enough since I thought this system might be something new the store was testing. I’ve placed an order with the remote worker twice and both times I can’t hear the remote worker or they can’t hear me. I find it comical there is a line of customers waiting to place an order, yet we all have to wait on the one remote worker instead of placing an order at the open register with one of the other clearly free employees. While I sit in the dining room waiting for my food, the employees standing at the registers are drinking sodas while having a loud conversation with one another including the remote worker by physically turning the screen around. To make this even worse, the physical employees in the store are three younger girls who are very obviously flirting with the remote worker. Again, just making everything that much more awkward because everyone in the dining room can hear both sides of the conversation. It looks so unprofessional and makes the customer experience extremely unsettling. Every time I’ve seen a customer place an order with the remote worker screen, they laugh because of how insanely awkward and ridiculous it is. There’s not enough words in the English dictionary to describe how uncomfortable, awkward and just all out ridiculous the ordering process is at...

EVERYONE THIS IS A CASHLESS RESTAURANT ....This is just my experience i had ...this isnt for anyone to reach out to me i dont need anything or looking for anything to fix this....but the food for a mediterranean restaurant very very bland no flavor on any of the meat...cust service at the desk is very judgy and seems like she deals with this alot not sure, i didnt give no attitude but you have a register why do you have a register if you dont take cash? That makes absolute zero sense to me and if your a cashless restaurant thats ok...then dont be afraid to post it on your website on google maps on your doors so can prepare ahead of time if its cashless so can make the decision to come in or not... sometimes people wants to deal with cash only, people want to deal with cash vs there card and if thats warned ahead of time then they know not to come there....not when you get there and the cashier says no cash and sits there and feels like your being judged because you wanted to do cash vs card im sure everyone has both but alot of times cash is better, cash is still accepted everywhere....and better service would be as soon as you greet someone hi there welcome in we are a cashless restaurant is that ok so it sets the tone...its not about the money but the way you guys are handling your a cashless place should be telling everyone ahead of time and posting it loud and proud.. on this experience alone will never come back...just horrible in my opinion little things matter in a business..no thats ok everything that went wrong is in my review you can review this information i have given...

It is our first time at Crazy Pita. There are only a few Mediterranean restaurants in Las Vegas and I have yet to find the best that checked all my boxes. Im a big kabob eater and I ordered skewered steak, my husband had steak shawarma, rice, tomato cucumber salad and hummus as sides. The meat was tender and tasted great. The tomato cucumber salad was soggy. Please do not soak the salad in sauce, until ready to be served and always serve fresh cucumbers. It seems like the cucumber was cut up in the morning to serve the whole day. There were no tomatoes too (probably only 3 pcs of diced tomato was in the salad. I had Shirazi salad that were made fresh with herbs and onions and this was nothing like that. The rice used was medium grained rice and not basmati. When I mentioned this to the cashier, he didn’t seem to understand what I meant. I’ve had better Mediterranean rice before white/yellow rice in one plate and the recipe of this rice isn’t that great. They need to change their recipe. Maybe copy the taste of the rice from KabobNMore on the strip or the rice at Fresh Kabob on Sunset. The pita bread tasted great with the hummus. The garlic sauce was overpowering. I mixed a little bit of garlic sauce in my yogurt sauce and it was perfect to complement the kabob. Overall, I will come back for the meat. Would love to see them change their Shirazi salad and the recipe of their rice. Please use...

I cannot recommend this place to anyone. I rarely like writing anything bad, but I feel like it needs to be said. First off, the food is wildly over priced for what you get. I ordered a plate with one chicken skewer, rice, hummus, pita and salad for $12.99 (2 skewers for $18.99). When I can get that plus 2 more skewers minus the hummus for $12.99 somewhere else. I can do without the hummus tbh. Rice was flavorless, greek salad was fine but I prefer a vinaigrette dressing than what they offered. Pita was dry and stale. Chicken was ok with a grilled taste, but with no seasoning. The tahini sauce was ok. A little thick for my liking, but at least it made the chicken bearable to eat. I know this is a casual Mediterranean place, but I rather go somewhere else. There are many more options here than crazy pita!
