The Sparklings Italian Restaurant 8310 S Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89139
My wife, mother-in-law, and I decided to try The Sparklings Italian Restaurant with relatively low expectations, especially since we were visiting during a busy holiday weekend. We didn’t actually go for the happy hour, but we were drawn in by their Everyday All Night Happy Hour deal, which runs daily from 5 PM until closing. Even though they didn’t have a special holiday dinner, we understood given the holiday rush.
When we arrived, we noticed that the dining room was empty, but the bar and bar tables were packed. Remi, the bartender, greeted us and helped us find a cozy booth. We started with the Meatballs (3pcs) for $9, which came with marinara and provolone, and the Artichoke Dip for $13. I expected the usual spinach artichoke dip you’d find at places like Applebee’s or Chili's, but this one was amazing! It was incredibly creamy and flavorful — definitely a standout. The meatballs were tasty, but not quite as impressive as the dip, though they were the perfect size for sharing.
The bread and butter that Remi brought out were also a nice touch — simple but very tasty.
For our main courses, my wife ordered the Alfredo Chicken Linguini ($19), my mother-in-law went with the Shrimp & Crab Ravioli ($18), and I chose the Cajun Chicken & Shrimp Penne ($19). We each sampled each other's plates, and everything was delicious. The flavors were rich, and each dish had something special to offer. It left us wondering, "How have we not discovered this place sooner?"
We also enjoyed some drinks: I had a couple of beers, while my wife and her mother enjoyed a bottle of wine. The drinks were great, and they paired nicely with our meals. Remi made excellent recommendations throughout the meal, and the service was outstanding.
Overall, The Sparklings really exceeded our expectations. Even though we didn’t visit for happy hour, the food, drinks, and service were fantastic. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. If you haven’t been yet, this place is definitely...

Read moreI love the ambiance and decor. My party chose the restaurant based on a recomendation and we had a large party without a reservation. The mgr was very accomodating. He was also our server. He was funny, kind and patient while taking our orders and showing some of the older ones how to pull up the menus on their phones. We ordered drinks and meals. Some guests loved their meals (wings, lasagne amd pasta). Some meals like the salmon (dry/overcooked) and the baby back ribs (no flavor and drowned in sauce although super tender). But we were laughing and talking and just thoroughly enjoying ourselves. The mgr explained at the beginning, no seperate checks and up to 4 credit cards could be used. What a disaster at the end? Please update your system to make it easier for your staff to accomodate large parties who would like seperate checks. This put a bad light on what should have been a great review. Then I discovered we were charged for 4 martinis instead of 3. I discovered it when left to split a bill for 9 peoople by hand. I bought this to the mgr attention and he felt certain we ordered 4 and scoffed at us. There were only 3 martini glasses on our table. We only ordered 3 and felt his response was really rude. We even considered removing the tip but we didn't want to short the rest of the staff due to his behavior. He did remove that extra charge from the bill. I get it that the Covid crisis has left your place short staffed, but not allowing seperate checks is not a better service your customers. I would not recommend this place to large parties who would like seperate checks. Based on this experience you lost a few repeat customers and...
