Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Enterprise

I ordered a large with 5 toppings. Got my order and headed down the road. Opened the box and found a large ONLY cheese pizza.

I turned around and called, explained to the person on the phone that my order was wrong. I was put on hold so they could find someone to help me. I waited about 5 minutes and hung up being I was only a few blocks away. When I got to the store, I explained to the young girl at the counter that my order was wrong. I told her she could help the other customer who was there to pick up their order. She gave them the order and she went to the back and asked for help, that she didn't know how to correct the problem mine.

The supervisor, or team lead whatever his position was, disciplined her there and told her to focus and find out how to help me. She disappeared and two other customers came in. We waited for some time and I guess the one man was with door dash or other company and tried to get the workers attention and was snapped back for him to "Hold his tongue" and went back to work cursing the F word a few times. Very disrespectful to us. He said that someone in the front will help us, but there wasn't anyone there.

I waited a few more minutes and left with my wrong order.

I sent a message to customer service about this problem hoping it will be addressed and corrected in the near future.

I understand him being under pressure trying to keep up with orders, but many things wrong with this situation.

I have no idea what happened to the young lady, but did not need to be talked to in that manner nor...

I would give this store zero stars if I could. I tired to order online using their $7.99 large two topping online only pizza deal. I chose to order a stuffed crust pizza so it added $2 to my order and my total came out to $9.99. When I went to checkout it said that I couldn’t order for delivery because the minimum is $10 and I was a penny short.

I called the store and at first they said I couldn’t order a speciality like stuffed crust and I had to do either pan or hand tossed. That made no sense because my order total would have been even cheaper but I tried anyways and guess what? Same error saying I needed a $10 minimum. Then the person I was speaking to, Agusto, said it was their policy that it had to be $10 for delivery.

I asked to speak to the assistant manager, Nicole, and she told me the same thing that it was their ploicy. I asked her why that special was even available online if I couldn’t use it and she just kept saying that it was their policy that it had to be $10. I told her if they could deliver I would give her the extra penny to make it $10 but she refused, said I had to order more food, and then hung up on me. She was extremely rude and unprofessional and I sincerely hope she gets reprimanded by the store manager. The funny thing is that this same thing happened once in the past and when I called they promptly said they would deliver and then add the extra penny. I came to the S Rainbow and W Robindale Location. Horrible service! I received my personal pan pizza and it was just cheese and the meat so I asked if they could remake it and he said yes and that I could keep the pizza I told him I had no need for the pizza so if he could throw it out please he proceeded to snatch the pizza from and toss it in the garbage behind the counter and sighed hard. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited for the new pizza. I received the pizza opened up the box and of course it’s very sloppy and dripping pizza sauce. I called to speak to a manager because at this point 3rd time will not be a charm and to my surprise… HE WAS THE MANAGER!!! So I guess they don’t have to expand their customer service values because he’s in charge and feels it’s okay to do the things he does. To end it all off I won’t be coming back to this establishment and hopefully the manager will take into consideration that people spend their hard earned money and their precious time to enjoy what Pizza Hut promotes GOOD FRESH PIZZA! Rant over. Now I have to go find lunch elsewhere and hopefully I won’t have to keep going back because they don’t care...
