Complaint sent to company: I was in this location with my girlfriend between the hours of 10pm to 2am on Saturday, 1/19/2013. Soon after arriving, I put $4 into the jukebox and selected several songs. We ordered mozzarella sticks, which were delicious, and were subsequently comped for them. We were also comped for 6 drinks, 4 for me and 2 for my girlfriend. I lost between $1000 and $1500 in the video poker machine. AFTER losing and while STILL PLAYING we ordered another order of mozzarella sticks. The bartender then charged us for them. Now, there is no doubt that they knew I was playing big. Every time they came around I was playing dollar poker, max bet. They refused to comp the second order of mozzarella sticks. I really think $1500 is a more than fair price to pay for 6 drinks and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. Am I wrong for living in Vegas and expecting to get free food and drink while I am playing? This was my first time in a PTs bar and it will likely be my last. Throughout the night, I repeatedly complained that not a single song I selected was played on the jukebox. When we finally decided to leave, I asked for my $4 dollars back since I purchased the songs over 2 hours prior and didn't hear a single one. Those jukebox machines should indicate if its backed up and your NEVER going to hear your purchase, but that's a separate complaint to a different company. Maybe you guys should tell them. The bottom line is that I have lived in Vegas many years and spent hundreds of thousands of dollars gambling. I am always taken care of. I go to a PTs to finally see what it is and I get a night of being treated like a street thug. What a disgrace to this city. If all you want in your bars is degenerate hobos who depend on your poker machines to tell them if they will eat a meal that day, then please, don't advertise anything different. People like me will stick to the classier joints that understand that writing off $50 worth of food and drinks and a few dollars, when a machine at their location rips off the customer,in exchange for a $1500 gambling loss makes sense both fiscally and energetically. I say energetically because I want you to understand that the vibe of your business has a butterfly effect just like anything else. By me feeling the way I do about your business, my feelings will spread to many others without even saying a word. Unless you make changes in your overall company philosophy, your business will never be fulfilling to the owners/operators on a spiritual and moral level. Ask yourself, do you feel good doing what your doing and knowing that your business sends the impression to its customers that they are just dollar signs and not people? Treat others with respect and gratitude, know that we are all one, and all connected. Live for others and trust me, you and your business will do just fine. Sincerely and...
Read moreTwice now, I have been thrown out by a bartender by the name of Daniel. He tells me that “my vibe is off”. I have never over the past 25 years been told this! The first time he said this was last weekend when he kicked me out. I’ve never seen this bartender before. I have been served by Frank and Andrew who are wonderful. Well, I was there again tonight and he did the same thing! I walked in, I ordered a drink, and I played buffalo gold. I asked for a double vodka neat, yet was served a single shot. I cashed out and he didn’t respond to my cash out call. I asked him to please close my tab so that I could leave. I advised him that it was only a singe but I would pay the total. He said “don’t worry about it” and I asked if he was sure because I was willing to pay without a problem and he reassured me that I didn’t have to pay, which I felt was weird. On the way out the door, a friend stopped me and gave me more money to play so I could hang out and stay a bit. The second I went to put the money in the machine, Daniel told me “No, before putting that in there… you need to leave”. He said “your whole vibe is off”. I replied with “are you kidding me”? I said “Why don’t I have this problem with Frank or Andrew”? I said “what exactly do you even mean”? He just smirked and responded with “you gotta go”. Now mind you, I just left the bar and I’m obviously not intoxicated by any means- especially after less than a full shot! I will never go back to this bar, EVER! Not only that but I’ll make sure that nobody I know will go back there as well. I thoroughly enjoyed going to this bar but this bartender is horrible. I have never been treated like this- EVER! I would own up to any problems that I may have caused but I honestly did nothing wrong. I’ll be filing a complaint with the BBB in...
Read moreAs a paying customer I don’t recommend anybody deal with the deaf bartender. She had a terrible attitude and will snap at you for no reason other than her own disability! I asked for a drink and repeated myself 3x then my husband said it twice and she still couldn’t understand what we were asking for. I proceeded to take out my phone to type out what we were requesting because she clearly can’t hear us and then snapped at us by saying, it’s a disability I’m not dumb! First off we repeated 5x what we wanted till you understood us and there I was taking out my phone to make the process easier and she popped off! Nobody called her dumb or said anything rude to her but she decided to go off on us. I’m a nurse of over 20 plus years and I’m very well familiarized with a disability but her snapping at me was unacceptable! I’m a paying customer! She came back with our drinks and I said thank you and she didn’t say you’re welcome and just walked away… No eye contact, no acknowledging me, nothing.. I left the drink there and asked the other bartender for our check. If you want to keep customers somebody in management needs to step in and have a...
