Tell me how a restaurant that has a claim to fame with their crinkle cut fries runs out of ketchup???!!!
No ketchup packets and no one can seem to fill the ketchup dispenser in the dining room.
Poor management, poor planning, and poor training of staff
They just look at me like I have 2 heads when I ask for ketchup
They shrug their shoulders and say "we're out."
Allegedly they been out all day?!?
To top it off my fries were cold and unsalted
The Texas toast was dry...they must be outta butter too?
At least the chicken was good and the coleslaw was good
But the fries and toast NOT up to par....I eat here often
And finally, tell me why the music has to be blaring louder than at a bar.....can't have a conversation across the table. At least they do keep the dining room clean.
But what do I expect for the current state of affairs today in America Business.... management by corporate earnings for this quarter with no thought for the long term or utilization of common sense in management and customer relations
The manager walked around the dining room while talking on her cell phone, looked at the soda machine and checked the trash. (She was wearing a purple polo Caine's shirt, regular staff wear red, and I clarified with the kid keeping the dinning room clean that she was indeed the manager)
She didn't ask any customers how their food was, nothing, notta, no interaction with anyone, that I observed, other than busy with her cell phone call....maybe she was ordering ketchup?!
Get it...

I recently had the pleasure of trying both the Chicken Burger Combo and the Chicken Fingers Combo at Raising Cane's, and I must say, they were absolutely delicious!
The Chicken Burger Combo had a mouthwatering chicken patty that was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection. It was sandwiched between a soft, toasted bun, topped with fresh lettuce and Cane's signature sauce. Every bite was a burst of flavor, and the combination of textures was delightful.
As for the Chicken Fingers Combo, the chicken fingers were a real highlight. Crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside, they were a true testament to Raising Cane's dedication to quality. The dipping sauce that accompanied them added an extra layer of taste that complemented the chicken fingers perfectly.
What sets Raising Cane's apart is its focus on doing one thing exceptionally well ā chicken! And they've definitely nailed it. Both combos were not only delicious but also satisfying. Plus, the meals come with a side of their signature crinkle-cut fries and a drink, making it a complete and filling dining experience.
If you're a fan of chicken and crave a tasty meal, I highly recommend giving Raising Cane's Chicken Burger Combo and Chicken Fingers Combo a try. You won't be...

I was given a Late Night Buy One Get One Free Box Combo Coupon by a delivery driver about 2 weeks ago who came to the Bellagio to drop off a bunch of food to our hotel. So the other night I decided to pick them up and came to the drive thru about 11pm after work. Well , the manager informed me that this was for the location near the M&M Store by the MGM. I had forgotten they had one there and thought this was where the coupon was for. The manager said she would honor it for me which I was grateful for since I was ready to go home after a hard days work and not wanting to go to the other location.
I got my food right away and the drive thru cashier and manager were very nice. Since I don't like the coleslaw I had them replaced in each with one with extra Texas Toast and the other with an extra sauce. When I got home they were still pretty warm and the pieces were the same size and taste as the other location I go to. Of course I got the Sweet Tea. I would recommend this location and any other since I've never had a problem at any Cane's location and my orders have always been correct unlike many fast food...
