Rincón de Buenos Aires - Eastern — Restaurant in Enterprise

We discovered this gem last year when the hubs visited Vegas for a conference. This is the real deal folks, a true Argentinian experience is Las Vegas, Nevada. We are back for a long weekend and this time we brought our kids (9 and 11), it was soooo worth an Uber ride off the strip for some quality food and a break from the stimulation of the hotels.

To start, we shared a chicken and beef empanada and Provoleta (which is cheese cooked in cast iron with red peppers on top, served with bread. The cheese gets all crispy as it sits in the hot pan. Highly recommend!) Then we dug into the Parrillada Martin Fierro (for two) which we ordered with fries and mashed potatoes. We also ordered a medium Greek salad (which was huge!) and a kids cheese pizza. Our kids love steak and our family had so much fun tasting all of the different cuts on the platter. All of the meat was perfectly cooked, tender and served on a hot platter that keeps it warm as you eat it. Plus, the meal is served with chimichurri sauce which elevates all the flavors and brings it all together.

I imagine that every time we visit Vegas we will be visiting Rincon de Buenos Aires. I just can't say enough...

Wow! That is the term I'd use to describe how awesome our experience was here. We came for dinner on a Monday night. The restaurant was pretty busy, but we were seated right away.

The building is an old 50's looking diner, and they have maintained that classic diner look! It's really fun/cool.

When you walk in you are greeted by the amazing smell of steak cooking on the grill. The waitresses were amazing. They were very attentive and friendly. You can tell they really want the customer to have a good experience.

There were apparently some delays making our food (which we didn't notice) so they brought us some free empanadas! It was a wonderful gesture that is lost among most places today. The empanadas were fantastic!

Our food arrived shortly afterwards. The steak and chicken were perfect! So much flavor. The sides were great too! We ended up staying around chatting for a while and the waitress brought us a free Flan, again to apologize for the earlier delays.

This has become one of my new favorite restaurants we always go to the spring mountain location but now that they have one right next door to green valley we couldn't be happier they are on pebble and eastern and let me tell you the place looks amazing in there this used be an old five in dinner in highschool many many years ago and it has sat vacant for years till they opened a few months ago everything was so good it's just like mama's cooking they have the most authentic Spanish food i can promise you that the empanadas are out of this world and the flan put us into a food coma it was so delicious we left happy and full our waiter Leonardo was amazing everything came out hot and the service was perfect we couldn't of asked for a better waiter for our first time here they make the best chimi churri sauce so we had to buy 2 they are that good make sure if you come in to get one it's amazing on steak and all your dishes at home I recommend this restaurant to anybody any day of the week 10 out of 10...
