My husband and I visited Prosecco for the first time on a Friday @ 630pm and the ambiance was very alive with a female singer (amazing voice and personality). The staff was very attentive. Upon being seated we were greeted by the servers, followed by Alessandro (you cannot miss him, great personality and handsome). I had been craving Pasta Arrabiata since I had it in Italy, May 2018, but had no luck finding it. I asked if it could be made given it wasnt on the menu, and so they made it and we were 100% satisfied with the pasta, champagne, red wine blend and carppacio ciaprani (thinly sliced beef with wild arugula, capers, shaved parmesan cheese and olive oil drizzle). . If you are in town and want real Italian food, come here. The owner are Italian. 🙏🏽 Cannot wait for our next visit. . Io e il mio marito abbiamo visitato Prosecco per la prima volta un venerdì alle 630 e l'atmosfera era molto viva con una cantante (voce e personalità straordinarie). Il personale è stato molto attento. Una volta seduti, siamo stati accolti dai server, seguiti da Alessandro (da non perdere, grande personalità e bellezza). Avevo voglia di Pasta Arrabiata da quando l'avevo avuto in Italia, a maggio 2018, ma non ho avuto fortuna a trovarla. Ho chiesto se poteva essere fatto dato che non era nel menu, e quindi ce l'hanno fatta e siamo rimasti soddisfatti al 100% con pasta, champagne, vino rosso e carppacio ciaprani (manzo sottilmente affettato con rucola selvatica, capperi, parmigiano rasato e olio d'oliva pioviggine). . Se sei in città e vuoi del vero cibo italiano, vieni qui. Il proprietario è italiano. 🙏🏽 Non vedo l'ora per la nostra prossima visita.

Unfortunately, wine didn’t arrive until the appetizer( crab stuffed squid which was marginal) already was finished. They were busy and we didn’t mind to wait. Our server was very nice and helpful. No problem, we oder a main dish. I ordered Cioppino and my other half ordered chicken Parmesan. My dish arrived and I was really disappointed. Overcooked pieces of different kind of fish,tasteless, a few shrimps with strong taste of chlorine. Muscles were good. Sauce was horrible, thick,blend and not appropriate for this dish. Chicken Parmesan was a joke, thin peace of chicken , dry as a jerky covered in bread crumbs and some parmesan cheese on the top without any sign of sauce. We sent chicken back and ordered lobster Deluxe, thinking that no-one would be able to mess it up even inexperienced . We were wrong. Lobster tail was like biting a rock of salt with weird soft texture . First bite and we sent it back 🥲 Manager was very nice and apologetic but our night was ruined. We left place hungry and had to go to another restaurant to eat. Very nice people are working there but food is horrible. My guess is on vacation this week and the bus boys took a kitchen over. To wrap it up: bill was $239 :bottle of wine, appetizer and one main dish that we had to share. Would I recommend it? No, I wouldn’t. .

This new place has it ALL! The chef is from Venice, Italy, and use to be the executive chef for Dal Toro at the Palazzo. So if you want a chance to enjoy Las Vegas Strip quality as reasonable prices, then this is the place for you.

For our meal we started with Calamari. The squid was tender covered with a lightly seasoned breading and cooked to perfection. The marinara sauce a ideal accent to the dish.

My husband choose the Fettuccine and short ribs dish. It looked so inviting I just had to taste it. The rib melted in my mouth with a light sauce that really brought out the flavor. It was served with the best Fettuccine either one of us has ever had.

I choose a mixture of Lobster and Shrimp with a Penne for Linguine substitution for my meal. The seafood was delicious and the pasta was impeccable! The sauce was a flawless match not only to the dish, but to the fresh bread that was served. Next time, I will try it with the Linguine since the Fettuccine was so good.

For desert, there was tiramusu. Now I have had this desert in NY, AZ, CO, CA, TX, FL, and at numerous places here is Vegas. This is my favorite sytle as it is creamier and has flakes of chocolate on top.

Also served was a dish neither one of us had ever heard of before. I believe it was called a Barbuzzo Budino. Unlike Creme Brule this dish is made with less sugar and all cream. Fresh strawberries top the dish and when mixed with the pudding, it is delictable!

Can't wait for another visit, so we can try...
