Some things about the place could improve, for one my drink ends up at $10 and itâs something I get other places for $6-8⊠charging over a dollar for oat milk is just crazy.
Also, my main complaint is with their ordering system. The other day before work I ordered online when leaving my house, drove there, walked in just before it said it would be ready⊠my food/drink wasnât done. Waited 15-20 mins still. A customer was in line asking a billion questions and hadnât even ordered and I thought âIâm so glad I ordered ahead.â Except guess what? Somehow that lady got her food and drink before me. I was late to work and this couldâve been avoided if their pickup time was accurate. How did I order ahead yet the lady who didnât know what espresso was and had no idea what she wanted and ordered way after I arrived had to wait less time? I ordered two drinks and a sandwich likeâŠ.by the way it was so early in the morning it was literally just me, that lady and like one other person. You also have to basically force them to acknowledge you. Itâs so anxiety inducing lmaooo.
