It was great! I will be going back here often. The splash pad’s water features were very exciting for my 2.5 year old son, and I enjoyed the fact that the splash pad and playground were each individually enclosed in a fence. The parking is only available on the street, but it’s not a big deal since the playground and splash pad are really close to the street, but still totally safe because they are both gated all around. Going back to this park today after initial visit yesterday because of how much fun my son had.
Update, 2 years later: still love the park, still really great splash pad. However I saw people bringing their ducks/geese and dogs here to bathe them? It was weird, I didn’t particularly like that since the water gets recycled and reused, but still it is a good park. Just was weird when I saw people get out of their car and bring like 4 large birds to wash them at the splash pad, probably because it is fenced in. Also sometimes homeless people will be walking around close by-because one of the storm drain tunnels is easily accessible near by the park/splash pad. So just be careful everyone it’s a good park but stay safe and watch out...
Read moreThis park itself was huge which is super dog friendly, it's mostly grass. There is a fenced in playground and a separately fenced in splash pad. I loved the fact that the playground was fenced in for safety reasons it wasn't a large playground itself but it would work for an after work type of feel. There isn't a huge amount of seating like benches or table wise but this would definitely be a good park for an outdoor party and the family has a couple kiddos...
Read moreTook my kids here to play. It's a little run down but I loved the enclosed gate of the playground and the spray ground. It's a cute little park kinda hidden off street. There's plenty of trash cans and even restrooms. the "lake" is full of shopping carts and garbage. It's not pretty but it doesn't affect the park itself. I will definitely go back. Kids like to run off, even with a playground in front of them. So the gate enclosure is an...
