HI, My name is Irene, and my fiancé unfortunately had a very bad experience with the team that is working at the 9845 S Maryland Pkwy, unit C Las Vegas NV, 89183. We arrived approximately around 11am and 11:20 am to order our lunch, the cashier lady after taking our order was already making comments about us to the kitchen team that we did not tip. we left it alone and just waited for our food, when we got to our office my fiancé noticed that her food was over cooked, and the chicken and meat was very hard to chew. We called the store to get a new dish made since a xl plate is about $17. When she arrived at the location the cashier took the food to the kitchen and told the kitchen team in Spanish " La gorda dijo que no esta buena la comida" (the fat one said that the food isn't good). My fiancé already struggles to be out in public each day because of ignorant people like the team working at this location. After the rude comment the store manager proceeded by saying that he isn't remaking a new plate for her and was complaining about it. He then walks towards my fiancé to ask what is wrong with the plate, that she has 2 choices. rather she gets refunded, and he makes a new plate. My fiancé chose to get refunded after the unpleasant treatment.
my concern is that if the cashier was comfortable to call my fiancé fat, how many people has she disrespect and how many more she will continue to do that too. I would like for someone to reach out to me to see how this issue can...
Read moreLast night, I went to this location about a half hour before close as I had just gotten off work. I ordered a teriyaki plate with chicken and beef. It took well over 20 mins to get my food, but I wasn't bothered by that as there were two people ahead of me and someone with a pretty sizable phone order. What bothers me is when I have to call out at my job because my body went DEFCON 5 on the food I paid you for. I was up all night having episodes of cold sweats, explosive diarrhea and projectile vomit (all at the same time BTW). Once I had completely cleared my body of all that after an 8 to 10 hour fierce battle, I'm left bedridden today with severe cramping and frequent urges to go to the restroom. Tried multiple times to give this location benefit of the doubt but after this, they've lost my patronage. And I am 100% that it was their food that jacked me up. There's a huge bag of regurgitated teriyaki in the trash I've yet to have the strength to throw out. So, I can't say for other teriyaki madness locations but this one is no bueno. If you want projectile fluids coming out of both ends, take a gamble...
Read moreThis is my favorite Teriyaki Madness location by far and I've been to many!! I live by the teriyaki location off of 215 and Stephanie, DONT GO TO THAT ONE the food their is garage, dry with no flavor. I drive all the way to this Silverado ranch location on Maryland because the food is that good! I usually get the spicy orange chicken and it's always very juicy and packaged with flavor, the cooks here are amazing and focus on the quality of food instead of just trying to push out food as quickly as possible. I've never had issues with this location. They make my food good every time! I've never had any issues with them. They get the order right and I never go home to find missing items like I have at the 215 and Stephanie location. The staff at Maryland is friendly, professional and I would recommend all location to take the lead of this Maryland location. They're doing something right. Good job management for hiring great staff. Keep hiring...
