They are phenomenal and I love them so much! I've been coming here since I was a kid. I moved out of state, but come back to visit and always get food with my partner Josh. Their food is always wonderful quality. I love the gyoza and won ton soup and the regular chicken breast meal. My partner loves the General Tso's chicken too.
The woman at the front counter is the best. She makes this place what it is. I hope you feel better soon. I know you were in the hospital. My husband told me. I'm so sorry. You're amazing and we love you and all your hard work.
It needs to be said though: The workers here put up with so many RACIST customers! Enumclaw you should be ashamed! I don't know how they deal with all the constant back-water hicks that come in and are so rude to them. Stop harassing them and talking down to them. I can't watch how rude some locals are and not say something about it. It's a problem.
Treat the workers here with better respect, Enumclaw. Teriyaki House is an Enumclaw staple. They've been here forever, tirelessly serving us delicious and nutritious food and they deserve the kindness and respect they give to the community. They deserve our respect like...
Read moreI am so glad I stumbled upon this hidden gem! I was absolutely starving and had a serious craving for real-deal fried rice—like, the kind that’s homemade with that perfect savory flavor and some charred, juicy protein. And wow... they nailed it! I went with the chicken and beef, and it was everything I hoped for—perfectly seasoned, cooked just right, and such a generous portion that I easily got multiple meals out of it. Total win!
What made it even better was the kindness of the staff. They were incredibly sweet and accommodating—even though I rolled in close to closing time (sorry, guys!). I placed my order around 7:30, knowing they close at 8, but they still treated me like a welcome guest and had my food hot and ready just as I pulled up. That kind of service is rare and truly appreciated.
I’ll 100% be back to try more off the menu. If everything else is as good as the fried rice, I’ve officially found my...
Read moreExactly the "Seattle style" chicken teriyaki I needed. I worked in Enumclaw in the 90s and teriyaki was a regular favorite. Teriyaki House still has it down. I wish I could get it where I am now in the SF Bay Area. Of course it would cost at least twice as much if I could…
Pros: Still a good value for money with lot of food, two folks could share an order and still get a decent portion. Chicken grilled perfectly, good balance of char & tender/moist. Sauce is the right amount of savory and too sweet. White rice: Too many places don't get it right, either under or over cooked. This was al dente perfection. Side salad was what it needed to be: fresh iceberg & cucumber with that creamy-sweet-tangy dressing. Fast & friendly service.
Cons: My dad got the beef yakisoba. A bit too oily & a roasted flavor that didn't agree with me. Not a place for atmosphere or much room to sit. Obviously intended...
