Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ephrata Township

was a former employee for a little over 2 years, everything was great until new management. She is rude to customers and i have witnessed her scream at customers on multiple occasions even when me and others try to de escalate the situation. Toxic and weird environment, manipulative in a way, once said “if you can’t hand out 1 receipt why would i give you hours” (strange right?) Very petty and childish behavior. Went to Dunkin 11/21 @1120 amThe girl at the window got my coffee and food order wrong. I pull back around to let her know and she says we need to do a refund and reorder what we originally asked for. Fine no problem, we get to the window and after waiting five minutes she can’t figure out to refund the money because we used Apple Pay. After another five minutes she still can’t figure it out. I asked if she could just let me pay the difference and she said no . So I left with food I didn’t order and she said she couldn’t offer me what I asked for free. The place is still pretty clean because it's still new (Feb 2024). Boy, do these people take forever to do nothing. 3 to 5 minutes per car. I finally get up there and my well-toasted bagel is good and dark (good) but barely room temperature. A dark toasted bagel is red hot. This must have been reheated for my order. And then I waited a while for my coffee. I asked "Are you guys out of coffee?" I was told "It's taking a few minutes." They had several people in the back to help. Can't image what the hold up was.
