Read moreI came in on July 30th to get sandwiches for my son's birthday. Upon returning home two of the sandwiches were not correct they were missing half the ingredients I ordered and the sizes were wrong. So I called the restaurant back they agreed to do a refund and remake one of the sandwiches. I have yet to receive my $29.83 refund close to 30 bucks and now they are giving me a hard time about getting my refund. I refuse to go back here and I want corporate to do something about it. Upon calling the store they could not help me and they were confused and had no way of pulling up my refund. So I had to call corporate and get a runaround. Read moreI’m a firm believer in showing every customer the same value and service. This is not what I encountered when I walked in this place . The lady with tattoos, the butterflies and the rose on her sleeves really shouldn’t be dealing with customers . I’m standing there and she by passed me and directs her attention to the gentlemen that’s after me as if I wasn’t standing in line . Then she rings me up for 2 sandwiches when I ordered one . I had to tell her that wasn’t mine . She gave me my total I payed . While I’m grabbing my drink I noticed how nice she treated the customer after me .
