New store, thought I'd grab a quick toxic hell taco, but..., twice now I've come to locked doors in the middle of the day (lunch time, early supper time). And twice I left to find real food elsewhere. Probably not paying staff a living wage, so always short-staffed. Here's a helpful hint for businesses, people aren't lazy, they DO want to work, but they want to work for a LIVABLE WAGE. That's why we look for jobs, to make money. Pay people enough, you'll have no lack of workers. This is my own kooky opinion though and cannot be held against me for psychological evaluation...

Trying to find a phone number on here to see if I make the 11 minute drive back over there I can actually pick up my mobile order this time, not someone else’s like they apparently gave me the first time. I ordered a veggie burrito and a potato soft taco, because I don’t eat red meat. Got a beefy burrito, nachos and a beef chalupa. Nice. 3rd time in a row Taco Bell has gotten my vegetarian order wrong, but I never receive anything back, just wasted money on food I can’t eat.

I ordered a chicken power bowl, no rice, add potatoes. The bowl contained ONLY lettuce, chicken, & potatoes. No beans, no sauce, no sour cream, no tomatoes, no guacamole - nada! Also, despite a big sign in the window that read “DINING ROOM OPEN,” it was closed. I saw at least 6 people pull up and try to get in while waiting on our order.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at this Taco Bell location has pushed me to speak up. Tonight was the last straw, and I will not be coming back. While I’ve had decent experiences here in the past, the last five visits have been a mess, and tonight was the worst of them all. I arrived between 8-9 PM and placed my usual order: one regular and two supreme Doritos Locos Tacos. Midway through my order, the drive-thru employee asked if I’d like to donate to a charity (I don’t recall the name). I politely declined and started to add nacho fries to my order, but before I could finish, she abruptly cut me off and told me to pull up to the next window. I tried to explain that I wasn’t finished with my order—three times, in fact—but she ignored me completely. I waited 15 seconds for a response and got nothing. That alone was frustrating, but what made it worse was the quality of the food I received. The tomatoes in my tacos were inedible, the lettuce was slimy and lacked any freshness, and the Doritos Locos Taco shells were stale, hard, and cold. They didn’t even have the cheesy or warm texture they’re supposed to have. It’s absolutely unacceptable. I understand that working near closing time can be challenging, but that’s no excuse to rush customers, ignore them, or prepare food carelessly. If your staff is unwilling to put in the effort to do their jobs properly, then you’re failing your customers. People come to eat, not to deal with unprofessional attitudes and poorly prepared meals. This was the final straw for me. I’m done with this location and won’t be coming back. Customers deserve better than this. Shame on those...

This Taco Bell is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! I think I'm being punked at this point. I went inside once and ordered and paid at a kiosk. I was the only one in the store and waited almost 30 minutes for a bean burrito. They told me that they had to clear out all drive through orders before they could serve me. I'm not talking about the people who were already in the drive through line who had gotten there before me. As long as people kept coming in they would not start my order. That is insane. The next SIX times I went, they were closed. These were at times like 11am, noon, 1pm, and 6pm. I keep trying because the location is so convenient for me. One time I walked there and the dining room was closed because they were short staffed and they were only serving at the drive through-- fair enough. I walked back home and returned in my car. (You are not allowed to walk through the drive through.) I got in a line with 4 cars. We each pulled up to the window to read a sign about the drive through being closed even though all the lights were on and there were several employees inside. Even though I said that I would never go again, I just got lured in with a great digital special. Surely the app wouldn't accept my payment if they were closed right? Wrong. I paid and pulled up to another sign saying that they were closed with lights on and employees inside.

This is way beyond a "labor shortage" issue if that's even what's going on here. The franchise owner needs to roll up their sleeves, get in there and start slinging some tacos. If not, they should just close...

Just piling on apparently, but three trips there since they opened. First time soon after opening, waiting in the drive thru for 40 min, got the wrong order, waited another 15min, food was OK. Second time, waited in drive thru for 20 min and just hopped the curb and left due to not moving in 15min. But that was a busy lunch day. Went to stop by on the way home the other day, saturday around 11PM, not busy, 2 cars in drive thru, their time to shine. Walked to the door and someone OPENED the door for me to tell me the lobby was closed but drive thru is still open (though I had a large work truck this day that I don't think would have fit). Last time for that Taco Bell. The franchisee should revisit or Taco Bell should correct it, this business won't last long, unfortunately, which is really inexcusable, its in a good location and should be busy...
