Absolutely horrible I would give it no stars if I could. PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES RIGHT. PLEASE HIRE HONEST PEOPLE! At 8:27 PM on August 28, 2025 my husband went to the store. My husband wants to pay for two pizzas that we had ordered and even left a 10% tip. The girl at the register Had ran his card twice Claiming “ it didn’t go through “ We very clearly saw that the keypad had said approved. But we didn’t think Twice about it because she said the keypad was broken. Come to find out That when we went to another store to get diapers for our two month old baby, the card had been charged twice After his card was declined. In the pictures below, you can clearly see the receipt. She handed us says $30.40 Because that is not including the tip. The 10% tip had brought it up to $34.54. And very clearly in the picture next to the receipt, you can see that it says $34.54 was charged twice to my husband’s card. We proceeded to call the store tell them about the mistake she made, and she denies that she ever made a mistake. We proceeded to tell her we can come to the store and show her and she says no that’s OK. I will not be refunding it either way. I then asked to see a manager, and she claims to be the manager. So then I proceeded to ask for the general manager And she says no. I tell her she is going to give me the general manager’s name or I will contact HR And she says I can call the next day for the general manager, and when I ask for her name to tell the general manager who I was talking to, she refuses, which is why I felt like I need to give direct time stamps. Her direct quote Was “ I don’t feel comfortable giving you my name ” Which I can understand to a certain extent, however this does make me believe that she is not in fact a manager, but it makes me believe that she knows she made a mistake. Whether or not this lady thinks that I would go to her manager or not it’s completely unacceptable. I asked her when her manager would be in and I have to argue with her for 10 to 15 minutes because she did not want to tell me when her manager the general manager would be in. I seriously doubt That any consequences will be taken with the lady who did this And honestly, I wouldn’t want any consequences to happen to this lady at the end of the day we’re all trying to make a living. I only wish she would have taken responsibility for her mistake , been honest about it And I can only hope to get a hold of the general manager tomorrow, but if all else fails, I guess I will have to keep calling until I get ahold of a manager or figure out a way to get ahold of hr and proceed to figure it out from there Because over $60 for two pizzas is absolutely ridiculous and there is no way that is right. And there is no way that I want a free pizza or credit to make up for it. I just want my money back So I can buy my daughter...

This is highly disturbing, and this manager should be fired immediately (as they have undoubtedly been the person running this store into the ground in the recent past).
I'm a long time Lafayette resident, and as of writing this review, this is the worst Dominos pizza store I've ever been to. For context, I am a huge Dominos lover, and have used the Boulder store (and many other stores nationwide) for a long time to good success. Over the last year, this store's management has run this Dominos into the ground.
Historically (prior to this last year), the store was decent, albeit still not as good as any other Dominos I've been to. However, my last 8 orders have all been riddled with slow wait times, poor customer service, and a weird environment as far as the manager and employees are concerned. Every time I've been in that store, it felt weird, and despite being overstaffed, the experience has been awful. The pizzas are not cooked well, and my last pan pizza was so thin you may as well have called it a thin crust! Today was the last time my family and I are using this store, as they took 1.5 hours (30 minutes past the already delayed carryout time given that it was a regular Sunday night, which is not a busy time). I checked Google live activity, and it said "Less busy than usual". My family tried calling twice, and were left on hold for a long time with no answer.
Look elsewhere for Dominos or pizza in this area, I do not recommend this store under it's current employees and management, and if you want a good Dominos experience locally, the Boulder one off Folsom...

However in the time I was there they had 3 customer complaints call-in regarding misdelivered food. The manager Tim was asked by the in store each of these times to speak to the customer and he refused the first two and finally spoke to the third one. However immediately after putting the phone down was criticizing the customers. Going so far as to say its not there problem to know a customer's religion after misdelivering a pepperoni and sausage pizza to a Jewish customer. Note: the in store worker said that the customer had specifically stated their religion when ordering in order to avoid the exact situation that occurred.
Tim's solution was to remake their pizzas "after I get through this rush". Maybe work on the one's that were delivered incorrectly 30+ minutes ago?
The only item missing from my order was cheese dip. Tim stated that he had made it and it must have disappeared. So I had to wait 20 minutes while the rest of my food sat under heat lamp. Then once it was ready the front person had been cut to begin end of shift work so I dealt with a new person who not only refused to believe I had already paid upon arriving, but straight up dropped my parmesan bites onto the floor and without a word of apology...or even a word at all threw them back on the counter for me to take. The cheese dip was maybe 2cm worth of oil and absolutely not worth the price or the extended wait.
I have worked in multiple pizza chains, specifically this dominos a few years ago. I thought things were bad then, but this was another level of poor.
Silver lining is I have been close to never going to a dominos again, but this experience makes me sure I will...
