Typically I have a good experience here. Decent enough food, always fairly priced. However, the reason for the 3 star rating is from my most recent experience. We pull up to the drive thru around 8 or 9pm. The lane was a little busier than normal, so we had the expectation that wait times would be a little longer as well. No biggie. I had a relatively large order as well (3 of their new cravings boxes, cheesy gordita crunch, and 2 large Baja blasts). We pull up to the PA system to make our order and mid sentence, we're cut off by some indecipherable mumbling, followed by silence. Confused as to what was said or what was going on, we ask for her (the manager that was taking our order) to repeat herself. She lashes back barking through the PA system telling us to hold on. We initially shrugged it off, as they were busy and I'm sure things got hectic. After sitting here staring at the menu for a solid 10 minutes, repeatedly saying "hello?" So we knew what was going on and never once getting a response, we pulled up to the window. The manager apologized and took our order (albeit with an obvious attitude that we disregarded) then asked for us to pull up in the parking space #2 designated for to-go orders and large orders. After about 10 more minutes of waiting, the food finally came out. The problem? The drinks were not brought out (nor were given to us at the window, although they were sitting right there, already poured). We mention to the gentleman that we had not received our drinks yet, to which he mumbled something as he walked away. We assumed he was grabbing them and coming right back out, but that was not the case. We spent another 15 minutes sitting here in the parking lot waiting for drinks that were already paid for but not given to us. We tried multiple times to call the restaurant from outside, and flashed headlights. At this point, we're livid. Altogether we've been here nearly 40ish minutes and still have an incomplete order, so next we decided to get back into the increasing line of cars and wait until we can pull back around to the window (the drive thru lane is too small to skip the line and go straight back to the window). The managers excuse for forgetting was because she thought we had them already and said we should have tried to get her attention (which we did. Even after numerous calls as well). We finally got to have our tacos and burritos with the family an accumulated ~hour...
Read moreI go to Taco Bell every morning and order the a.m. Crunchwrap and get it with bacon extra bacon no jalapeno sauce so if a manager or an employee is reading my post then you know who I am and I think you should continue reading this because it has to do with you. I'm tired of having my order messed up and when I don't have my receipt you don't want to fix my order or make it right. About the Crunchwrap the potato inside of it is soggy and cold greasy to. But mainly greasy and when I asked about it whoever I speak to about it makes me feel like I'm making it up lying about the potato in it and don't make it up for me and still have to pay for it full price and then I end up throwing it away or throwing up because it makes my stomach sick. I spend at least $25 a week there and there's always something wrong. Then my second complaints is about the management well the new management because everybody there is new and it has changed completely and I hate the new management and employees I go to the drive-through and place an order and the lady will talk like she's whispering the one with the tattoos on her arm is the one I'm talking about and she Whispers to me where I can't hear her so I'll say what and she'll scream it to me with an attitude and tone in her voice. Good job on picking somebody for the window who has the face for the customers to can't talk to employees like that because I worked at restaurants and restaurant changed my entire life and I would get fired over something like that. Basically I just want to be treated better because I come there every single day for the past 4 years and I feel that I am owed some respect and if I've got a complaint about my food I expected to be made up and fixed completely right that much is owed to me as your number one customer. Thank you for taking the time to read this post...
Read moreI currently have a physical disability and it would have been a lot less painful if I would've been aloud to order through the drive thru on my bike. instead I was directed to the front of the building. Not only was there no ramp on a curbed sidewalk, but a few steps stood in-between me and the door. Once in it was hotter than hot! I waited in line to order while sweating only to engage in the worst customer service I've had in an establishment in a long time. The lady was upset with something I assumed had nothing to with me. I could definitely see it on her face and her tone of voice when she spoke. She then became visibly annoyed with me when I asked her to repeat her last statement because I couldn't understand the words she mumbled. I Tried to lighten the mood with a joke about how hot it was in here, but instead she acted as though nothing I said was to be heard or listened to because not only was there no response from her... But she also got my order wrong! When I went up to reorder a different employee waited on me who was much more pleasant and attentive. I was relieved about that while still dreading the walk back to my bike. I sat down and opened the bag to eat my meal and it was cold! At this point I didn't want this terrible experience to ruin my day, so I put the remaining items in the trash..laughed it off and enjoyed the rest of...
