I went here to get my back glass repaired. Cost me 206! Well about 4 weeks later I noticed the back was coming off and my battery was dying fast. My phone was only a year and half old. I go to ask him why and opens it up it was still full of glass pieces which in return damaged by battery. He wanted to charge me 90 to put a new battery in. Are you kidding me why would I pay for your mistake. Then he would not even admit to it being his mistake. I took else where to get fixed and the guy could not believe how much glass pieces was left behind. I had to pay for a new battery. The old one you can actually see the puncture holes. Its really sad the way people are in this world. I would of been happy if he would of paid for my new battery but he was not touching my iphone again. The glass should of been blown out first. If I could give a zero I would. My mom got her back screen replaced from here, three weeks later her phone battery health wend down 25 percent. A couple weeks her back screen was coming off. We went to ask why it was coming off, the guy opened it up and said the battery was damaged and was expanding. Upon looking at it myself there was still a TON of class from her other screen still stuck inside. He said it would cost 90 dollars to replace the battery. Went somewhere else and they said he did a horrible job cleaning the old glass out and 99% sure her battery was punctured due to old glass being stuck under the new screen. My phone screen was completely cracked and black and wouldnt come on. Called this place and the guy there said u can bring it right now and 45 mins later and only 120 bucks my phone was back on working and like new again. He was a life saver since I had everything on this phone I couldnt get back if I had to buy a new one. He is awesome and got my phone fixed in no time. He also, threw in a screen protector just to be nice. U dont find many caring nice people like this much more these days, so I'm very grateful for all his help. Other phone places will keep ur phone forever and charge u out the butt.Not this place, this place is fast and at a fair price. Definitely recommend this place over any other in Erie....
