Super wonderful experience with Katie, and the new hire who was just as wonderful when I came in four days ago! I switched from Visible and got the iPhone 15 on a super sweet deal and paid $319 out the door with a phone case and screen protector as well. Smooth, very smooth transfer process, and it did not take long either to transition to Boost and have the phone activated. My husband got the phone for me in his name since I misplaced my license, and Boost Mobile customer care was able to transfer ownership to me 24 hours later so that was a fantastic and quick experience as well. Boost Mobile in general (Store and customer care) has been wonderful and I am glad I came back! I wasn't told that I had to keep the $55 plan the internet is horrible even know I'm paying for unlimited high speed can't get someone on the phone that can speak English therefore I can't get help I can't switch carriers because they told me when we got the phones it was a 6 month lock but then switched to a 12month lock right now for 2 phones I'm paying $114 dollars it's absurd I didn't sign a contract so I shouldn't be locked in with a lying false advertising phone company before we switched i ws paying $90 for 3lines now I'm paying $154 for all 3 lines because I WAS LIED TO I'm a single mom I can't afford this but have to make it work until January till the phones can be unlocked if I was able to get a lower bill amount and my internet service worked properly I would stay but nope I'm stuck trying to make sure it's...

Katie & Marlon are wonderful! I got my 1st line with Boost Mobile (iPhone 13) with Katie and she was phenomenal and this was in July and I came in a couple days ago and added a second line with Marlon and he was fantastic as well. He got my iPhone 16e setup for me, ported my number over successfully, added my screen protector, and got me an excellent deal on the device and my accessories.
