Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Erie

I would just like to say that Tim Hortons on 12th Street has been really good to me I come there every single morning for the past few years and I've had some complaints and there have been mess up but y'all seem to always make it right. I just want to thank you for your service because I know the lines are extremely backed up in the mornings around 7 a.m. so I know what it's like I've worked in the restaurant business myself for multiple of years as a waitress so I know how customers and employees are supposed to work. I want to especially give Anna credit because she deserves the notoriety and she has always been so nice in the morning when I go through the drive-thru she's never rushed me or been rude to me. Another person who has been really awesome is Sarah she was so nice about making up my ice cap order when it's built in my car she made not only one drink but both of them for us and I was looking in the window when I was picking them up and I seen her tell another employee to make sure that the cups were were wiped down and the lids were on correctly. I seen her do this multiple times after the incident had happened. That's how I can tell Tim Hortons employees are awesome and amazing at least they are for me. Thank you for all that you do and to the rest of the staff as well y'all work so hard especially in those hard mornings when lines are out the door and cars are backed out into the street almost in the middle of the...

I asked for an english muffin with an egg, cheese, and Canadian bacon. I got to the window and was told, "Sorry, we can't control where are bacon comes from.". I explain it's a different type that's kind of like ham. She explained the bacon they have are just strips. I ask for sausage on it instead. I received an english muffin with just egg and cheese. It's a Canadian business... You do the math!! Lol

I'd like to add I went again this morning and my order was completely wrong. Two Boston cream doughnuts, one English muffin with egg and cheese, two biscuits with sausage and cheese, and one last biscuit with with egg, cheese, and sausage.

So i just stopped by the drive threw here and the fat blonde working at the drive threw window who absolutely hates her job gave me a nasty cold coffee that did not taste right at all. When i went back around she claimed its because i got 8 creamers and told me to have a nice say mind you i order this EVERYDAY my work orders gift cards for our pts Every month and its never been like this however i do usually go to a more classy (for lack of better word plus my recent experience) establishment ... so i called to talk to manager! I was told there wasn't one in the establishment so i asked for the lady's name who was working the drive threw there was some talking then she gave a name that sounds like b.s so i asked when a manager will be in tomorrow. I will be there in the morning to talk to the manager! ...
