Thank goodness for Joanna, only nice comment of this post . Make sure you see her to get advice, amazing customer service and guidance. We wished we ddi prior to our purchase. Thatâs what makes her extra special because she didnât even sell us our fridge but went our of her way to help us. .We bought a Viking fridge for our built in and it took five months for the order to arrive as we were very excited as we already had two Viking microwaves, two Viking ovens and one Viking dishwasher. During the installation the fridge was making a very loud noise. I was told this should go away within an hour. 24 hours later the noise is still consistent and there is no ice. They came out times three within nine days and replaced the icemaker and it still didnât work. As we are waiting for them to replace ice maker we finally stock our fridge and freezer with lots of food. 48 hours later the freezer fan breaks as well as the fridge. We lose all our food. The technicians come out again only to have ordered the wrong parts. They come out again and replace the parts within hours the fridge goes up to 57° and the alarm goes off intermittently. Pacific Sales has to turn this over to Viking for help as that is who they reach out to as well. I would call 3 to 4 times a day to be promised a return phone call with none. If I did get in touch with someone it would be a promise to hear back from their boss Tim Stewart Regional manager of California that he would help, guide and me and that heâs very caring and is not OKAY with unsatisfactory customer service let alone broken/ paid for products. This was completely falsified information. It took him over two months to call me back with me calling every other day sometimes.. When I finally got in touch with him he had an attitude and then he seemed to listen for about two minutes. He told me to write a lengthy email so he could help me. A week later in one sentence â sorry canât help youâ. I tried to reach out to him again for an explanation and he refused to respond to me but had a technician reach out to me asking if they can come out to do a diagnosis again on the fridge x9. They admitted they had no idea what was wrong with the fridge. No one cared about how much time I had to takeoff from work. TIM STEWART does not stand behind the VIKING BRAND nor his own name âTIM STEWART!â I will never buy another Viking product and Iâll be more than happy to tell everybody the story. The outcome is I still have a broken Viking fridge in my home with a family and there is nothing I can do to get rid of this fridge thatâs alarms goes off at random times and is unusable and loud. My new fridge arrives December 2021, NOT a VIKING.. This VIKING was ordered and paid in full last February. TIM STEWART should be ashamed of himself. I do want to make a shout out to Joanna again at the Escondido branch of Pacific Sales. She has been kind, comforting, understanding and has tried everything in her power to help us.    Read moreI went to Pacific Sales Escondido store yesterday to see what options are available for a replacement built-in microwave. When we remodeled our kitchen 13 years ago, we had purchased all of our appliances for it from Them. When the microwave stopped working this week, I thought they would be a good place to start. But when I spoke with Annalee C. , she said there were no built-in models being made anymore other than drawer models, which I do not like. She said there was only one option still being made, and that was a GE model. She quoted me a price of just under $1000 for a standard microwave that does nothing extra, that would include the microwave, trim kit, four year geek squad protection plan and installation. She told me the reason that built-in models other than drawers are no longer being made is because manufacturers want customers to remodel their kitchens every 10 years these days. I was also interested in a new refrigerator, and she told me they all are equally energy efficient, and that they all come in just one size height and width. I wanted a smaller size than I currently have. I really felt this information surely was inaccurate, that she was either uninformed or trying to mislead me for some reason. So I went home and did some shopping online, and it seems there are many built-in microwaves available from different manufacturers. It also seems that refrigerators do actually come in different sizes. And when inquiring at a different store, Premier Appliances, they confirmed this too. Premier Appliances also does their own repairs and are rated highly online. Daniel fixed my microwave for $260, as it turned out to only need new switches inside the door. I saved a lot of money and received honest information at Premier Appliances, and I would not return to Pacific Sales Escondido after this experience.    Read moreOne word Joanna!! We are new home buyers to the area and we undertook a remodel project that ended up going into the kitchen as well. That meant new appliances which lead us here :) First off when I walked into the store I was happy to see the the large space with so many options. I knew right then this is where I was going to find everything I needed and truly wanted. Just after browsing couple minutes I was greeted by the wonderful Joanna :) Right away she made me feel as if anything and everything I had to say was important, which is a lot to say nowadays when people donât have much patience. I found out she was the manager way later đ She helped me walk through the aisles and listened to what I had to say about couple items. She was very attentive to details of what we liked and observed what we didnât. This made it a LOT easier to make our choice on what to go with. (Never shopped for appliances before đ ) When we made our first choice she was quick to get us prices of what the whole package would cost. When we changed our mind she was super happy to change everything the way we wanted and also get us to our budget. I called her many times with questions and she was always ready with an answer. She constantly made me feel as if I was her own customer. (Not true sheâs working with several at the same time) This girl is an extremely hard worker and knows how to get it done! While making her customers truly happy! At last we made a final decision on which column fridge, range, and range hood to go with! To my surprise, stressful choices and decisions were put at ease when we had Joannaâs help! She is so knowledgeable and makes you feel confident with your choice.
