McDonald's — Restaurant in Essex Junction

I never understood why people apply to a place they truly do not want to work or be at because it shows in the food, service and atmosphere of the restaurant. My entire order was incorrect, I only took pictures of the burgers because the rest of my order was just 2 fries, 1 shake and 1 frappe’ which also came out wrong, but was fine because it was a slight mistake and more of a preference than an allergen or allergic thing. Salt on fries when asked for no salt and no whipped cream on the frappe & shake which still had whipped cream. The First picture is suppose to be my order. The second & third pictures are the tickets that’s on my order & the last pictures are what my food ended up looking like. I’m leaving a one star overall solely based on all factors. Food- Not only was my order incorrect look at how poorly it was made. Service- The lack of acknowledgment and caring to fix the issue was when I walked in to speak with someone about my order and wasn’t greeted. I was walked passed and or made eye contact with several people before I had to “excuse me” too someone. The manager or supervisor on shift didn’t tend to care to make sure when our food was re-made it was made correctly this time and would be prepared hot and fresh. Was far from the case. She had our food be rushed which then again came out hot n fresh but was still wrong & didn’t think to prepare fresh fries for us as the olds ones were cold by that point due to the original order being messed up and made over. It is what you would expect from a mckeedees. The food is pretty similar all,over the world as far as quality and quantity is concerned. However the people working at mcdonalds locally are far worse than most states. The constant eye rolling, as if me asking them to refill the napkins is the worst request theyve ever heard. Also, the new kiosks are great but multiple times I have had my order messed up and the counter people all the way to management has told me that I ordered wrong. Even though I had the receipt with what I ordered how I ordered it. They blame the kiosk or the printers in the back. Never have I heard a McDonald's employee say "I'm sorry or my fault". Also, 7 out of 10 times I hear that the mcflurry machine, or the shake machine is not working. Rather than just refilling the machines they will tell customers that they arent working or pawn the job off to the following shift. I actually worked at mcdonalds in high school and was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant, and I was happy to make my 8 bucks an hour after a long day. Now there are machines doing everything and anything that is done by humans is most likely going to be incorrect. Basically what it comes down to is integrity. I've been full time delivery driver for over a year. I've managed to collect whole stack of coupons that driver's get while doing deliveries and I haven't used them as much back then. Most common one is after five deliveries, you get free sandwich. Sometimes certain locations didn't have sandwich coupons so I would get coffee coupon - same system just free coffee instead of sandwich. Now that I am part time driver, I stop by Macdonald's more often , hoping I would get my free coffee but unfortunately, I got refused tonight by Supervisor/Manager name Kathy Woodworth. I've explained Kathy my whole story, how I accumulated so many coupons, but she did not blink with her eye, she just said 'Nope, no coffee/sandwich for you!'. I've used these coupons across six different states in New England with ease, every single location around Burlington gladly accept them, there are many many good supervisors/managers in Essex Location as well but this Kathy definitely ruined my night. I've been doing deliveries and been working through worst Covid times, to help hundreds of Vermonters get their meals on the table... I was always gladly accepting Macdonald's orders as I knew I would be getting coffee/sandwich, but this lady Kathy clearly don't care about...
