First time I had this pizza I noticed it it was a a very good thin crust. Just the right balance of thinness, flexibility and crispness. Balanced textures and flavors and a good unique recipe. Not as salty as most pizzas, but has become one of my very favorites in Eugene if not the favorite. First time I added a little salt to make it like other familiar pizza but now I don't even do that because the people who make it know what they're doing and there's some culinary genius there. Doesn't need that extra salt to be great because the crust has a delicate sweetness that really makes the flavors dance. Been craving some for days but they may be running reduced hours over the Christmas holiday and cold winter days currently looks like M-W 5-8, Thu-Sun: 12-8/9
You an a always stop by for a slice or two to go, but we've called in for full sized pizza a few times, I think we've always gotten the Norma Jean and loved it, and ordered I Greek salad too, very good. I'm really hungry now and want some but...
Read moreAs a delivery driver picking up here, my experience is abysmal. The staff is often rude to drivers just doing their jobs, doesn't start orders, won't tell when orders are expected to be ready, cancels orders or just refuses to make them. I don't think they have the capacity to keep up with massive delivery demand or of a little truck sized kitchen. Why do business with grubhub if your staff is so resentful toward drivers? We may not be your customers at the time of attempting to pick up orders but we are community members getting a bad impression of your business.
As a former customer, the pizza is generally good but it's cramped into a strange cluster of pop-ups with other food trucks and often crowded and claustrophobia inducing. I can find good pizza from more welcoming competitors.
[This review applies specifically to the ironically located "friendly" street location, and is a common sentiment among other drivers I've spoken to, which surely affects your delivery customer...
Read moreFor the third time we came to eat Strombolis, which are delicious. However, we were told 30-40 minutes and it took well over an hour and a half. We love the food but have an infant so going to dinner at 6:15 and getting your order around 8pm is not really cool. Today was with a different person working than the last two times so it feels like a consistent issue. I think they forget to start them or just kept taking orders so that getting them in the over got lost in the shuffle. It’s a major part of their menu so I’m not sure why the workflow isn’t worked out. Two times we’re on Wednesdays that were not super busy. Please Bartolotti’s! Get this figured out so we can eat your delicious food again! For now, third strike and we need to head...
