I enjoyed Salted Caramel and Moose Tracks ice cream at a recent food show. This is seriously THE BEST ice cream. I don't know how freaking high the butterfat content is, but you can immediately taste the difference from generic blah offerings. If you have not tried some, do your tastebuds a favor. I grew up with Mooney's ice cream in Michigan. If only Cascade did...
